The bad thing about Ctrl+Combine Gem is that you can't combine them with the SAME colour, especially when you have maxed your pure gem mastery. Maybe they can create a Shift+Combine Gem. ;)

Early on you can do with gembombs, just make and whack, later on you are better to use towers primarily. Splash, mana leech and chain hit are your best bet to kill, but any tower will do.
Good gem creation and combining, traps and towers,too creative and fun,one of the highest rated and viewed games, 10/10. there are alot of pros and cons but this game is addicting and fun.To beat the final level, make a lot of towers and moats on top and a few towers on the bottom. You need to lower its armor with the purple gem (once it gets out of range, move it to another tower) and then it will receive a lot more damage making it much easier to kill.Ok so I've decided to actually start rating games in more detail. This is the first game i've done it on so please forgive any mistakes in format. Graphic quality/style10/10Sound effects10/10 Gameplay 9/10 (becomes repetitive fairly early on) Controls10/10 Entertainment 8/10

at lvl 87 you can have all skills maxed XD rlly -.- last boss is no problem.... just use mana pool and have like 50k mana then let him run the course a couple of times XD he might even loose sum weight

Why can't I merge gems while they are actually in the towers? I used to be able to when I played this a long time ago.

The game and some people on the comments say to have the higher Mana to slow the boss down and make him do laps.. But I have had my Mana as high as 48+ and the boss didn't make extra passes or anything..

concerning the lack of music, i didnt find that to be a disadvantage, i liked that eerie feeling the blowing wind gives :)

Good lord, I hate this game. Why does a gem bomb sometimes not hit monsters, even when you drop it right on their heads and it DOES hurt their identical neighbors? Why are the bonus medals designed to award sloppy game play (building a ton of towers/gems)? Why is the background noise this incessant rainy hiss that sounds like my speakers have been broken? You who say "grafic kwality 11/10 HURR DURR..." are you color-blind? This is a drab, boring grey-a-thon, with incredibly tiny brownish yellowish greenish bugs. Not exactly a feast for the senses. And yet this is consistently rated #1.

To get a glowing frame you are to send waves as soon as you can afford, and kill the monsters as close to the spawnpoint as possible. i found that instead of upgrading you just buy higher levels of gems. I also kept them pure. that way you keep lower level gems as you replace them and have something half decent for bombs
