The pricing of the upgrades was a little steep. Jumped way too quickly. The physics were a little off, IMO... I'd be slowing down going lower and speeding up while getting higher. Twas a little weird... But overall, the game wasn't half bad once I had some starting upgrades and had figured out a strategy.

lvl 1 upgrades cost 25-100$, but lvl 2 upgrades cost 400-1250$? still, i'm glad it doesn't have instant-death obstacles in mid-air!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It needs blizzards, it has to have an instant death element. I don't mind it shooting to the left, but I can see how it could get annoying. When it gave me a "novice" achievement for hitting 5,000 m/ft I realized I was in for the long haul even though it's a boring game. There needs to be a way to view achievements (I might not have found it, though) and there needs to be more and cheaper upgrades. 3/5

DexterNeptune: the launch to the left may break current convention, but need I remind you that Pingu Throw launched to the left? I would consider that the game that established the "launcher" sub-genre, if not necessarily the first.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
1) As everybody else has said already, blizzards are gay.
2) The gigantic, animated, gameninja ad on the upgrades screen is annoying and makes your game look ugly (sorry if it has to be there, but it detracts from the appearance).
3) Why the f is the squirrel launching to the left? Did you just do this for the sake of variety? To distinguish this launcher game from the rest? Well, it's wrong and awkward and all launcher games should launch to the right. It just feels wrong the way it is. Like trying to brush your teeth with the wrong hand...
4) Game seems a bit laggy.
5) Although the goals are generally the same in this game are the same as all of the other launcher games, it seems especially tedious and strangely depressing in this one. Can't put my finger on it. Maybe it's because it's launching in the wrong direction.
2/5.

wasnt toss the turtle after both pinguine and kitten. I remember the kitten to be the first one I ever seen in this genre.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
This is a ripoff of Toss the Turtle!!! Which is a ripoff of Hedgehog Launcher!!! Which is a ripoff of Kitten Cannon!!! Which is a ripoff of... oh forget it... I'm too tired for this.

Less costing upgrades, cause' I need 5-7 runs to upgrade something. More "participation", cause' I just launch at maximum, press "S", wait until it goes off, press "A", cslow click the squirrel many times and wait.

agree with mitdyl this game is not a copy of toss the turtle or hedghog laucher it a genere of lauching poor animals stop puting 1/5 becouse of this.
so in your logic need for speed is the original and other than do a car race game is coping no so think

Agreement. The effort needed to get the upgrades are not worth it. Although I'm hit with a lot molre comets than blizzards. 8( I also have to agree that it's become VERY annoying the number of people who say a game in the same "genre" is a rip off of some other game on Kongregate. Esp the ones that were a genre years and years ago.

A few things. At first money making is boring. If I have a good run with all ups on level 2, I can make ~500$. So to upgrade the next thing, I need 4-8 runs in which I can either be lucky and hit something good or not. If I have a good run, I get blizzarded at the end in 80% of the cases. So what this needs, IMHO, is 1) a more balanced money making system, 2) more upgrades that actually do something to your progress and 3) less blizzards. 2/5, it still needs work.

would people stop saying "toss the turtle ripoff 1/5" because it wasnt the VERY first launch game.. they where arround for years before toss the turtle but that ONE game made the style more popular (btw its like elona shooter is a ripoff of storm the house, exept people like elona shooter they say nothing and people start saying other games rip that ONE game off)

Ppls toss the turtle was no the first shopping cart hero, learn to fly, hedgehog launch, potty racers. so there is no point saying "*sigh* when will people stop copy toss the turtle " or "*sigh*, just another toss the turtle rip-off, with no originality" is there? hm tell me hey

This is game is mindlessly repetitive and unoriginal enough without the frozen tornado ruining good runs. 1/5, typical rudy_sudarto unoriginality

Impossible Badge - Obtain all achievements under 24 hours.
This goes to show how slow and drawn out it is with the money making. Also, it's stupid that an upgrade may be more powerful, but still can only be used once. The reason other games like this work is due to being able to use TWO rockets, which gets you farther, which nets you more money.
2/5

this is an 'endurance' themed game, the upgrades are so expensive that people need to play over and over, last time i checked doing something for a long time is endurance.

i'm not sure how picky they are on rules, but this was released as a facebook app at least a week ago, and the rules say "The game must not have been publicly released as of the time of entry in the contest."

I don't care if this is a rip-off, since every game nowadays is most likely to be a "rip-off" even if without intention, but the game is just crappy. The graphics are nice and all, but the gameplay is lacking. Seriously, there are only a few stupid upgrades that only have 3 levels and are extremely expensive. I got bored even before the second upgrade of everything, and I'm going to stop now before the third one. The achievements were a nice addition, but I would like to know what they are before achieving them, though.
