While it is nice to have a combination of action and puzzle, it can be very frustrating to have the 2 interact such that you need to be careful of where the gems fly or accidentally hitting the string when jumping around.

crowzero- yea i agree but i think the point of using 2/4 instead of 1/2 is because all the others are out of 4 as well and some people might get confused

I am curious about world 1/5, you have a fraction of 2/4ths, would you not just use 1/2? I think the audience you are going for would better understand that especially if they see 1/2 of it is shaded.

amazing fresh game with fractions, wich are fun. i was surprised ;) but i wished, the points were more precisly. Most i was just clicking "somewhere" into the area and got the point just blindly.

Concerning my earlier post, to get 1-9 full gems, if you approach the first math-puzzle-thingy (for lack of a better term) from the cealing and then rush to catch the gems you can get them before they fall into the lava. So while it is doable, I don't know that the target audience would try it.

this game rocks i mean its educational and i dident learn any thing exsept for the fact i cant spell very well and blue walls are slipry and yellow walls are bouncey

5/5
nice concept
nice art and sound
nice gameplay
If i were rating it as any other "normal" flash game i would have given 4/5 or 3/5. Many holes for a "normal" game.
But it was created for children to teach them a bit of math. And I think that with that target they have done a really good work. Amazing.
The way they make the child resolve the "puzzles" to learn.. nice idea.

4/5 for me, because i want to get ALL things from a game (in this case, all 3 stars from all lvl) but bount 5/5. very good game

This game is defenitely not made by a real mathematician. mathematicians don't realy care whether the get their fractions wright and they fill circles couter-clockwise. good game though

On world 9, at the first problem, 2 of the gems fall into the lava and can't be reached. This is annoying to me as a completionist, and may distract a child learning fractions as they answered the question correctly and still had "points" taken off.

the target points in the links need a higher contrast in light and or color.also you could add an animation for "filling" the circle as you chose the target point.

Good game. I hate games with puzzles or games that make you think. However this one makes you feel like you are just playing a game. This would make a great cell phone app. Also if amount of leaps play a factor into your score it'd be a bit more challenging.

Would be a very good game with upgrades, different difficulty levels (harder math), a story and some adventure game elements like enemys to bounce and kill.

I'm no pedagogical expert, but the game is kinds dull for this not-8-year-old. 3/5 for potential to teach the yungins.

Could have an indicator when a chain is coming up so we don't jump straight into the wrong segment from out of sight.

I don't like further levels where despite being mathematically sound, you have to guesstimate distances for fractions. Plus the nerve of having overshot deaths added to it....

One question/suggestion: something to show how many gems you need to finish a level and/or a system to see further on.
