Are you supposed to be able to skip straight to the boss due to poor collision detection? I just bumped a wall and my 3 upgrades in guy is facing the boss, no weapons. Every wall I touch teleports me somewhere on the map, so no need to jump.

So, I killed the "EVIL" Boss, what does he do again? I don't remember seeing anything that justifies killing a flying head with two guns

a few questions, HOW DID I GET HERE IF I CAN'T EVEN MOVE!? where did i get that money you start with and umm i myself can't pay people to instantly become stronger it would be cool but i can't. Does he have people he's paying to take steroids and gun replacements behind the scene, or is it some sort of magic?

I hope the creator will devlop a Jhonny Upgrade 2 because this is too short and there so much upgrade ideas: ability to swim, to climb ladders, upgrade gun ect.

The only problem is that even at max, it is impossible to collect all coins, kill all enemies and destroy the boss. My best time after collecting all the coins, killing all enemies and STARTING the boss was 13 seconds.

Can beat I have 1 day in 4 minutes of clicking for 15 points, spend 1hour+ for five points. It's a nice concept but I'm going to pass on this. I like launch upgrades more.

This is my strat for beating the game.
1. at first just do your normal upgrade stuff until you get past the spikes.
2. after you get past save up 20 coins(unless you already have 20) and buy the multiplier
3. keep on collecting coins while you keep on upgrading your multipler
4. once your multiplier is fully upgraded go for the laser (if you cant reach it before you die upgrade your normal stuff)
5. once you have the laser upgrade its power until its max
6. then focus on ammo(with full power it only takes 4 shots to kill the boss so upgrade until you have as much as you feel you need)
7. do any normal upgrades you might want before the end
8. go fight the boss. dodge his fire until he starts moving back and forth firing down. when he does this stand under him to avoid damage. run away once he stops. he will fall to the ground. when he does this shoot him. repeat this until u win.

Very good game.Sometimes takes a while to load, but it's worth it.But whats the point of the dropping spiked wall? But overall, GREAT game

This GAME is shittier than the lowest game on this site. When I read the description, I expected another Upgrade Complete (great games, can't recommend them enough!). This is actually more like Upgrade Game 101. Start off almost completely helpless, gradually gain currency to gain more ability, use ability to gain more currency, and keep building up, getting a little further each time, until you get something that really opens things up, then get to the end boss and take it on as many times as it takes to best it. Nothing wrong with a simple concept like this, I'm just a bit surprised this came out in 2014 instead of... whenever the first year of Kongregate's existence was. Don't see what's so hard about the boss; I didn't have any problem with it. 4/5
