Unlisted move for Balrog: Gigaton Punch. Hold all three punch buttons, and release any one of them some time later. The longer you wait, the more damage you will deal if you hit. Minimum waiting time of one second. Rate up to keep this revealed.

There are actually multiple versions of the moves. The list will tell you that it is S or X, but you can use the other punch and kicks to get the other versions. Fireballs change speed, moves like Honda's headbutt travel farther, and shoryukens travel higher while doing more damage and being more risky. Experiment to figure out all the versions (I still do not know how this affects Chun-Li's Legs or Dhalsim's Yoga Flame).

for the people below {on a keyboard} a simple fireball facing right is ---down, while holding down press right at the same time, let go of down button while still holding right button, punch make it in a fluid motion. the uppercut shoryuken is similar but right then down and while holding down press right and then punch. a bit harder so do fireballs first, this is for ken and ryu

They left the Flying Barcelona Attack out of Vega's combo list. Hold down for two seconds then press up and any kick button. Press any punch for follow-up. Press forward or backward and any punch button to do the Izuna Drop (must be done near opponent).

Priority: Priority indicates whose attack will hit first. In almost every instance the computer will out prioritize your attacks. This was done to ensure that you would be continuing at least once. This is a term coined (pardon the pun) quarter insurance. What this means is that the computer can throw you from greater ranges, has more invincibility frames than you when it gains them, and it gets more powerful when it is losing. The computer is NOT designed to play fair. If it did, Capcom wouldn't have made any money off the machine, of course! The computer's tactic is to spam high priority moves and it will do this blatanly when it is losing. It also gains invincibility frames during moves that SHOULD be a hit when it is losing too. Therefore... attack your opponent when they are vulnerable. It seems cowardly but... the computer doesn't fight fair so neither should you.

AsianMobster you can use special moves in combos by doing a normal attack quickly followed up by the special move. A classic example of this would be with ryu doing a crouching medium kick and then immediately doing a fireball. not all normals combo though, so experiment

I can't use the combos properly for some reason. They just don't work. Also, the fact that they stay the same even though you redefine controls is stupid.

@762x55MMNATO: Dude. I tried what you said and it worked. By the side note, i found a glitch with that. I did the input while on air, landed on the side of the car, did the shoryuken and got stuck. Infinetly.
