A brief 'this is how tentacles work' tutorial would have been nice. I had to resort to a walkthrough to learn about the cutting.

Just a bad version of those cell warfare games, with slower movement and a stupid system of useless tentacles that are worthless compared to cutting them as soon as they appear.

Some instructions would be really, really great. I have yet to figure out how to "cut" a tentacle. Noplace I click seems to do the trick. Seriously - a game with zero instructions? Hello?

had to look at the tutorial to find out how to cut tentacles, and the team work thing. Tutorial at begging would be helpful. other than that good game liked it.

So i was EXTREMELY frustrated with level 10, then i realized that if the tentacle is connected and you cut it at the base of the sending node it will push all the little guys into the opposing base instantly. This made lvl 10 a breeze. Please plus this to prevent others from giving up on this game like i almost did.

Why does everybody complain about the lack of a tutorial? Isn't the first level actually a tutorial on how to play? It even has a tentacle cut so you know that you can actually cut it in order to conquer someone... What else did you want?

The game was insanely fun until it absolutely required you to get tricky with the tentacle cuts, I didn't enjoy that particular mechanic AT ALL, especially since it never actually explained how they work. 3/5

this is one game that encouraged me to think outside of the box, there was not one, but many solutions to the given scenario, it was up to you to figure out how. 5/5 and Favorited

i can't kill it on lvl 19. i've been battleing it for like 20 minutes. i'm still figthing it as i write this. it won't die!!!!

Tip : If you cut a tentacle at the beginning (Near your cell) all the remaining *Tentacles* will go towards the cell that you were extracting to. If you cut a tentacle at the end (Near the enemy cell) all the *Tentacles* will go back to your cell. If you cut a tentacle in the middle (Half way between your cell and the enemy cell) half of the *Tentacles* will go to your cell and the other half will go to the enemy cell (To attack)

Dude, this should be a game on the IPOD/IPHONE it would be awsome and evryone wpuld download it... As long as it is free... gives this a thumbs up so the maker of the game can see this...

correction on level 17, they want you to cut tentacles to give your closest back the power to go further...still a stupid level

I BEAT LEVEL 10!!! THE GODS HAVE SMILED UPON ME THIS DAY!!! (No, but actually I found a good way to get the upper hand. Swap cells between your starting spore and the one nearest to it 3-4 times until you've got 20 or more in your starting spore, then invade the spore directly beneath your starting spore. You've now got 3 spores under your command, and a much better chance at survival.)

level 17 is so stupid...even after you figure out how to use the recoil, it takes all day to get close enough to the enemy

This game gets a lot of bad press. Yes it is challenging. Yes it can be frustrating. But that's what makes beating the game a whole lot better.

The game gets easy when you understand the system. You need to feed weak cells with your strong ones, and when they ge as strong feed the main cell again. You repeat this and get better than your opponents. Also, level 17 isn't that hard, all you have to do is wait a bit with teh tentacles connected to the cell to the right, and then send on tentacle to the far away cell and keep cutting and attaching tentacles to it.
I don't have 2 of the achievements and have no idea how to get them.

how do you beat lvl 17 with a touchpad?? I made a connection up and one to the right and tried to cut the first one, but I fail in reconnecting and cutting again.

Two tentacles coming from one cell mean that the cell is producing twice as many "troops". Which is why cutting tentacles to rush troops into a cell might not be the best strategy. Of course it depends on the situation. Awesome game, left me wanting more.

This game is awesome. I would like it if it had customisable stuff, like upgrades on stuff like production speed, or how far a single cell can reach and stuff.

I do dislike it when a strategy game or RTS decides it needs to be a twitchy dexterity challenge. Level 17 should be some sort of optional bonus area or something.
