Needs an instruction manual. Both times I had to use the walkthrough it wasn't because there was a mystery tactical element that I was missing but there was for cutting tricks that I don't see how I was supposed to guess. A pause button would also be nice. Still a good game. It's not Phage Wars, but if you liked Phage Wars odds are good you'll like this.

I think this is a great game. The one thing I hate though which ended up causing me to stop playing was the limit on how powerful certain cells can become. In lvl 18 for instance the 50 limit made the level so annoying. I know it's not impossible but it's just SOOO annoying to get the timing down because of that maximum. I know that the level would be easy if you could just get an Ant or something but I'd much much rather have a level I can beat easily than a level I have to try 50 times just because of a tiny mistake with my cutting.

I love lvl 17. Although using the shock of giving and receiving Tentacles is ONE way to beat it, i prefer the way i believe it was intended to be beat. Microbes INSIDE the tentacles are not counted in the cell; have the tentacles going in a pattern between your three cells. Have the closest cell launch, then reverse it's other tentacle. When it's almost there, release the support tentacles so all the microbes go into the Attacking Cell, then re-establish the lines. This will cause WAY more than 16 microbes to be in the Tentacle, and allowing it to reach all the way across the screen. This is also faster than relying on Recoil. (sorry for the double post- last one i accidentally said "19" rather than "17". Wanted to avoid confusion. (maybe we should be able to edit our own comments...))

When I saw this game, i think: " Lol, more of that games like phage wars." But this game got to revolutionize this kind of games, with new ideas and a great gameplay. 5/5

This game is a little lower than average and has problems with the 17th zone as it takes a very fast movement of 2 seconds to switch the mouse to the other side of the screen to cut off the tenacle and re-attach it..The rest went like a normal strategy game

The trick to the game is to have your cells produce as much as hey can. So try to have them with either 2 available tentacles or 3. Try to avoid having only 1. And if you want to finish something fast, send a tentacle and then cut it off near your cell to give a burst. 5/5 great game.

ok wow after trying lvl 10 forever i finally went to a walkthrough and lo and behold you can break links and in fact lvl 10 is impossible without it. A really nice game with a new concept but sadly i can only give it 3/5 for the simple fact that there are no instructions. When a game doesnt even give you the necessary info needed to beat it you know there is something very wrong with it.

fun game but it really does need to have some kind of tutorial or explanation of things in the game. 4/5 unless that gets fixed

The gameplay was amazing, the visuals were awesome, and I loved the H.G. Wells quote at the end, very fitting.
Great game 5/5.

Lacks instructions, really irritating that you have to figure out the basic mechanics on your own. But it is a great game none the less.
