There needs to be separate buttons for muting SFX and music.
I don't understand when this isn't an option, it's pretty common knowledge.

I loved all the different weapon systems, how you had to siege an entire defense outpost and protect the missile silos, but there are some critical points to this game; actually that're not bad points. More like suggestions:
1. I did not like the cooldown timers on the weapons. The only one that you could "rapid fire" was the cannon; which was rather weak even when powered up. I'd like to see the cool downs taken out so that you could use ALL the weapons whenever you wanted and not have to wait for them to be ready.
2. Make the Energy resource that you use to power up and buy new weapons a constant thing...not taking it back to zero at every stage and don't take all the weapons systems back to their lowest level at every new stage either. As the stages get harder you need those powered up weapons.
Just 2 little tweaks that I think would make this awesome game better

I'd rather just get 'paid' per kill, rather than lump sums at unknown random times. I accept that it should be a challenge but lack of funds in skirmish takes a lot of the fun out of the game

I found it to be easier that rather than trying to upgrade everything gradually at the same level (which made my weapons extremely weak) simply put extreme damage upgrades on one weapon at a time (cannon level 12 and minefield level 7) in the 4th level, combined with level 1 of all three types for each weapon (slowdown and piercing). however, I did not employ this tactic until the 4th mission after using both of my nukes, so I do not know if it is just as effective on the earlier missions, although I assume it would have to be because they have less overall enemies.

Upgrades should not be tied to the level being played. If you go back to an earlier board, you start with only what you had the first time you played that level. Almost all upgrade games allow you to replay earlier levels for extra xp and upgrade points.

3/5 what was wrong was that the normal and some of the hard was easy cause of the massive energy that was given and in the survival mode you had so little energy you need to know what you need before the next wave happened which in my case was wave 8 where if you did not get the armor eater you would lose cause of the fast and armored enemies.

The hard badge should really be an impossible. You get next to no energy so no attack you can do will have any good force to it, combined with the fact that the enemies in survival are exceptionally strong, even if you compare it to some of the later missions on hard mode, except you got 25x or more energy throughout the campaign. 2/5.

dear kongregate: even though you probably will never ever do this im just going to say it anyway, make the easy badge easier, 500 enemies is too much and it feels like way too much effort just for a easy badge

The heck, I was stuck with no energy at all in mission 7, and fresh weapons with no upgrades, what am I supposed to do with that??!

top tip!
go to upgrade menu, upgrade nothing but one of the mines damage and armor piercing, lay them, then reset all points. rinse and repeat.
the mines retain the upgrade you left them at.

Forced upgrades and the inability to replay a mission to grind, ruin what could be a good game. The pop-ups that can't be dismissed are equally annoying. The game feels like one long tutorial.

Um...100% AP on the cannon makes not only Armor Eater useless...but also Amored Units useless. I could see 50 maybe even 75% if it had a level but 100% is too much. Armored units are supposed to be harder to take downbut oh whatever, aside from that I'm loving ths game. I also love the frantic scrambling and challenge!

Has it ever occurred to anyone that these Freaking awesome Orbital bombardment Stations, might be vulnerable from SPACE???
I mean...these guys that we are shelling the shit out of came on spaceships... So shouldn't we consider some Warships to attack us and Not nuclear missile silos?
What's guarding us from being rammed by a Cruiser? Obviously NOT our shields!

I, all of a sudden, on the first level with armored units, I came into possession of 173 upgrade points. I then noticed that my "Nailer" killed armored tanks in 3 hits.

It doesn't make you unlock particular guns, it locks the other guns for a wave or so after you get the new weapon. When that wave is over, you can redistribute you points

Pretty dam big bug in upgrades when got to the armor reducer stage. hit revert to re-assign to give my cannons some armor ignore and it locked out there damage & slow upgrades. Not cool!
