at killer: your spelling sux rofl lol (i am poking fun at you by the way as i refrain from using either "rofl or "lol" as they are unintelligent as for this game its quite good if you can get past the odd physics)

"Physics" is indeed a misnomer but I don't understand the negative comments about the game's controls. There was no obstacle in this game that two minutes or less of persistence didn't solve.
It was reasonably fun, I thought, so I gave it five stars to compensate for y'all.

"its believable if you try and imagine a bubble with extra friction and extra angular momentum. somewhere between a bubble of lead sandpaper and a soap bubble."
This. But its intriguing.

no bad game idea, but I really don't like the physics of the bubble; the game is not really about puzzles but instead about cursor controlling accuracy

ehh, some of the physics are surprising. but ive never really observed a guy in a hamster ball trying to get around. its believable if you try and imagine a bubble with extra friction and extra angular momentum. somewhere between a bubble of lead sandpaper and a soap bubble.

I really really love the concept... but the physics and controls are unbearable. A lot of the collisions don't make sense. The direction your ball gets sent in is.... not right. Its like your ball is made from some momentum reversing goo that sends you flying left when you hit a ceiling going right.

It'd be a lot more fun it it weren't so "realistic", imagine Need For Speed with correct car physics....damn it, I stalled it again...

I don't really know physics well enough to make a judgment on whether the physics in this game are authentic are not, but regardless, this game is not just difficult: it's frustrating in how we can control very little, which makes the game a total turn off.

This is yet another one of those games where too much time went into the graphics and not enough into the actual gameplay. The character moves with perfectly correct physics - which is why his movement is absolutely impossible to control.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The physics make sense in an odd way, despite earlier comments. However, this game is based around a poor control scheme. The "new" method of movement is certainly new and uses physics, but it is not fun.

While the man in the bubble acts realistically, it's awfully frustrating to control. I see the intent, and I appreciate the concept, but the execution just isn't fun enough to keep me playing. Love the animations of the little guy, though.
Is the guy treated as a separate object from the bubble, or is their shared center of mass constant?

"Physics" doesn't mean anything special. If a game has gravity it has "physics". The creaking of the boards etc. is quite disconcerting.

Physics puzzle? More like "Puzzled at how you can call this 'Physics.'" This game is freaking horrible. I think it would have been more aptly subtitled "Bow to the Absurd." The "physics" are completely whack, and the controls are just plain awful.

And i have a headache.. A very bad headache.
Ty... Oh and kongregate? Please add the ability to give games 0...
But really, the game just isn't relaxing. Could be fun, but meh. It is frustrating with the controls, and audio.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
the concept is good, the physics are good, the problem is that the controls are absolutely awful. a small tap on the left or right arrow sends the guy flying across the screen. it just sucks all of the fun out of the game having to redo simple actions over again because you bumped a wall and the spin of the bubble shot you halfway across the level. dvntehnoobz - i think the idea is that the bubble grips the ceiling when it hits, so if it is rotating CCW as you run left and you hit the ceiling, that CCW rotation drives you back to the right. i would agree that the coefficient of friction is mighty strong though...

As has been pointed out, your angles need some work. Take into account that an object that bounces off a surface should leave at the same angle that it came in.

This isn't a straight particle game...by which i mean, you're in a circle (since it's 2d) that's rotating. So...those who can't stand the physics are saying that no matter the spin you throw a tennis/rubber ball off of a wall with, it should bounce the same way.
Momentum does seem odd, and it's still EXTREMELY frustrating...but is a different (realistic-ish) take on physics.
for example, on the level where u bounce of the ceiling...try running right after you jump...you should angle to the left after impact.
that being said, WAAY too frustrating, imo.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
anything but a relaxing game. the music laughs at you as you get angry over the uninterpretable physics of the game (if i hit this wall at an obtuse angle i can jump 50x higher? what!) and difficult steering. It says its a physics-puzzle, but the only the puzzling thing about it how to put up with it till the end. Although the harder steering is probably more realistic other games (you cant change direction in air in real life, seriously..) it is still hard. Without that difficulty this game has nothing but that difficulty brings frustration.

For a "Physics" puzzle, the physics of the game are extremely poor. Case in point--if one hits the ceiling traveling up and left, the resulting collision sends the person traveling down and to the right. This, as anyone with a slight background in physics could explain, is not how a collision with an apparently smooth surface would occur. As a CS and math major, this game just made me sad.
