2408.777 seconds! I got through it the second time I played too! Though it could have been the first maybe if my computer didn't freeze... Also, I used my own name and it worked perfectly!!

I have never wanted the letter Z so much in my life, so much backtracking to fine it. Also i didn't use Q,J,X,Y or K once.

This is a good idea. However, the wordplay antics could have been taken much farther. Seriously, this could be sold Steam-side if you expanded it and flexed your creative muscles a little more. That said, I loved it as it was. Great game.

Since you get to pick your first letter, it's kind of easy to game. You could pick Z and save yourself that last trek back to the start, or a really useful letter that you don't get until late in the game, like E.

I appear to be stuck. I got into the upper area (with "authorized personnel only") with LEAKS, but I don't have the "B" to get back out and nothing else is working.

I started with S and it worked pretty well. I don't think it actually matters what letter you start with, but it made it a bit easier for me.

ALL MANNER OF FORBIDDEN MEMORIES: with I, I can kill the second N in MANNER, but not the first. Likewise with H, I can's kill the I in FORBIDDEN. But for some reason H kills the M in MEMORIES. WTF?

One of the few times when lying about your own name brings immediate benefits. And I'd love to know where to cash that debt.

Awesome game. Being that the game is called ACSIIvania, I was expecting a little more of the other characters like the good old shade blocks (which it appears Kong is preventing me from posting in this comment)
Style reminds me of Jinsei Owata no Daibōken, a bit.(also known as Owata. If you've never played it, do it. I'm sure it's here on Kong)

This was a nice surprise. It looks like it took some thought to put together and although it was only 26 letters and two punctuation marks long I still thoroughly enjoyed this.

I found the game particularly unique, and the fact you can explore the whole place starting with any one letter is particularly interesting. Good design! would love to see how you'd make a second one under a simalar concept! Vowelquest anyone?

Gave it 5/5 even though I personally think it needs a map feature to help you work out where you are. After a while I got lost and just gave up!

I'm not a massive fan of anything that includes a wordy aspect. But i got to the end and the end made it worthwhile. :)
