First time playing the game. Just got to the loading screen. Somehow, I already have the achievement for 7 levels for sweepstakes, and it says my farthest level is 9. 0.o

A fun game with a great new way to do puzzles. I liked the music it put a hint of scary into the game. I would have liked a mute sometime when I got stuck I would stop playing for a bit and watch a video and I had the music playing in the background. Also would have liked to some how fight that boss monster looking thing. Like maybe he is weak against light and with enough orbs he dies.hope to see another keep up the good work.

Level 10 was annoying enough to make me quit the game. Maybe tweaking the location of one of the lamps would have helped, but since the moving lamp winks out anyway if you get near it, there is no point. Great concept, but more intuitive game play would have made it worth endless tries.

Level 10 was very tricky, TIP: leave the black orb alone, grab the always glowing orb and place it in the thing to the left, wait about 10 seconds and grab the always glowing orb and place it in the moving lantern

sweet game good eerie feel to it but i have a question is it a guy or a girl in the main puzzle it looks like a guy but in the shadows and in the door animation it seems to have long flowing hair
anyone else see this or am i just seeing things in the dark

LvL Ten, Exlained.
Step 1. Pick up the black orb. Put it in the holder, and immediately pick up the white orb.
Step 2. Walk to the tree and drop the white orb, then walk to the right a bit and wait for the moving holder to drop and bounce back up. Then pick up the orb that is in the moving holder after it rises back up.
Step 3. Quickly drop the dark orb and run over to pick up the white orb and place it in the moving holder. Then follow the holder over to the door. Don't forget to jump.
Thumbs up this comment to keep it alive.

So it's a cool game with a cool idea (and I love how in the opening bits with credits the words stay in the dark after being revealed), but dang the character just moves so unbearably slowly. I feel like I'm playing everybody's gone to the rapture, but even less intentional. From comments, it seems like it's because the game is super CPU hungry and not actually something intentional, which is a shame. Apparently I've gotten to level 9 sometime in the past, according to the badge status. I'll give it a decent go and get as far as I can but so far it seems like it'll be rough

To DJlowtek, it's called Brightest Day 'cos it has a LIGHT SOURCE that guides you through the game, and the aim is to figure out how to make use the light to make your way to the exit. So to my opinion, it makes sense.

@delta132 In Closure, you use light to your advantage. In the Shadow Game, you use darkness(or shadows) to help you hide

IMPORTANT BUG: You cannot exit level 25 if Flash quality is set to low!
Raising quality to medium or high will allow you to exit.

HatchetmanCB:.... thats sounds to me like your asking for a thumbs up. Well then, I guess I will give you an A for effort.

If you liked this flash version, you should definetely try out the steam version or the PSN version of this. The game is much improved, the story is split up between 3 characters you can morph into and you become a spider-like creature instead of this human. The full game is WAAAAY better, you should really give it a go!
