I'm gonna go with 4/5 for this one. The puzzle concept, by itself is unique and challenging. Graphically, it's quite efficient. One thing that bothers me here is being unable to tell if your node is able to fire or is discharging. By the gameplay style, it shouldn't matter. But it messes up the planning phase a bit. The corresponding sounds don't appeal to me either.

At first I thought developer was a cool guy because he knows the difference between hackers and crackers. But then... Lochan Persimmon Pastries.DOC! Why not .odf, or even plain old .txt?

Not only do you have the puzzle aspect but you also have to learn the timing aspect also. That makes this game not only unique and challenging but fun too! I'm looking forward to Exploit 2 if it's out there.

Did anybody else notice what I'm assuming is a reference to the divine comedies of Dante Alighieri? Three chapters with the third one named "inferno".

This game forces me to recognize that much more time went into designing some of these levels than it does for me to solve them--obviously this is typical for almost all games. In other words, thank you devs for your efforts to produce great games!

should be able to set up all clicks in pause and set a delay or something similar because my mouse cannot do somethings quickly enough

A lot of the puzzles aren't so much difficult as annoying. You have to memorize the precise order of firing off 20 things in rapid succession, yeah, but it doesn't take any real effort to figure out the pattern, it's just a pain to memorize. Other than that, I'm really enjoying it.

Nice game. If I had to nag about something, it would be that there are some ridiculously easy levels among the hard ones. Or was this on purpose, to take some of the frustration away? Anyway, 4/5 stars, for the originality, and for the last bonus level... ;)

Would be good if you could place ports anywhere, and not just at the edges. Also would be good to be able to make larger levels.

So far, seems pretty awesome! I love the idea!
Just one thing. In the intro to Chapter 1, it refers to you as a white hat. This is incorrect. A white hat is someone who does penetration testing in order to test the security of a company's systems, and reports back on discovered vulnerabilities. This is not what you do in Exploit. You're attempting to disable a system controlled by a government who is using technology to oppress its people. This makes you a hack-tivist, not a white hat.
