(WARNING: This could be spoiler-ish) I don't get it. Not the part about the monster, that part is pretty nice and interesting and all. What I don't understand is what happens after the dream ends and the guy is awake. Why is he bleeding, or hearing stuff that's obviously not there, when he wakes up? I have no idea how to interpret that. I guess that's why it's called art.

The endings for both A and E were chilling! I wish I could open eyes as a totally different creature somewhere in the world when I went to sleep! 0w0

actually gad you can save the boy. hold the shark above the water and a heli will come. then eventually another shark comes. drop the shark away from the kid and pick up the shark again

This was the first game I ever played on Kongregate. I can't even remember how I found it, but it was the whole reason I signed up. Thank you, Mr. Weir, for sharing your work with us. I hope you continue to make more lovely games for years to come.

I kept trying to give the child to the helicoptor but it kept flying out of reach. It finally came back down but right ontop of the sharks.. so I let go of the child on the helicoptor. Except it said the sharks ate the kid.. :|

Needs a Sequel, or better yet, a Prequel. Maybe, the life of the Octopus monster before the events of this game? Anyone?

normally i dont quite 'connect' with games like this such as i can hold my breath forever which even thouh its high rated i understood i but it didnt quite give me that 'feeling' and i can be quite hard to please in that way. but this game. it just had that 'feeling' and i really emjoyed it. if you agree with me anconnected with is neveending light.

this is a brilliant philosophical, arty game. The pixelated graphics suit it very well. The five endings are cool and the narration is one of perfection. It really makes you think. 5/5

Still love it! This game was one of the main reasons I took a deeper look into flash games. It really shows what's possible, when you have a creative mind... Gregory is amazing.

they really need a secret badge for keeping the ballons and killing all the humans... may be called: "Balloon Savior"

I got the two badges for this game way back in 2009 but I come back to this game at least once a year and still love it. :D
