the sound was a little annoying, made me feel like i was completely surrounded at all times, like you should only hear them if they're in the room, and maybe just mute the other ones. the red flashing made me think i was getting hit... its a good game, just needs a little work...

you should add a cinematic where the character discovers the source specifically for the mutation, and an explanation for the hospital exploding. 2/5 for easiness and lack of strategy.
