FUDGE! It's second time I reach vertical rocket and try to hit "R" to activate it.
Why is there's no confirmation on restart? What is restart for at all, hammit?!

the blue key is near the second checkpoint. you have to use the rocket to get there (above the 2nd checkpoint) (the second checkpoint is where you get the double jump)

I'm going down a long passageway, and I press x, then c to zoom down the passage way. I stop 1 square short of an alien, then the x comes flying by and kills the alien.

GameOver201 you have to go upward and get an upgrade to fire missles when ducking. The key that u have to open red doors is only for dark red blocks. Find the missile upgrade and that will break the red blocks.I have to warn you though... the ending is lame.

I won but i did not beat the boss... i died fighting him once, saw ham1lin's comment and tried to get that upgrade and instead found upward shooting rockets and won...

Its funny, the first time I played this when it came out, I got frustrated and quit. I hit c instaed of x so many times.. And I wandered around wondering what to do next untill finnally after 14 minutes I said "Hey, maybe that rocket thing could break something?" I beat this series backwards :D

brittalein - to rocket up, hold down, then tap c. Now rockets up, not sideways.
Nice to get instructions for powerups again if you click past too quickly by mistake.

Despite the controls being pretty simple, I found myself dying to pressing the wrong key so many times... maybe it's just me. Something felt "Off" about the controls.

Have to agree that the description for the use of the UP rocket is rediculously retarded, both in the game and in the description. To use the Up Rocket, pres down and up at the same time, or press down and hold then press JUMP (Z) or (Y). I would have given it 5 stars had the author not failed in such a way that caused me to add 15 minutes to my already crappy playing time trying to figure out the up rockets.
