Hello, everyone. Currently, there is a bug preventing the game from being played smoothly. We are working diligently to resolve this issue, but we have not yet obtained clear clues. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We will continue to make every effort to fix this problem in the future. If you have previously exported any save file, you can continue playing IEH2 on Steam by importing that save file. Please consider this option. Thank you for your understanding.

well this game is broken. It doesnt save where you left off no matter what you do. It keeps erasing about 15 to 20 minutes of play time each time I exit. The save option is broken. It has now happened about 5 times in a row. I was watching my skill progress on all the characters. The ones I maxed out where at 0 when I logged back on. Levels, quests, items, all gone.

for an idle game, the progression when you close the game sucks, the quest doesn't progress at all, you can't even leave the game open and do other things because then the progress slows seriously.

...alright some math here...a swarm occurs about once an hour...there are 24 hours in a day...so if you managed to kill every single swarm it would take 4 days to get the medium swarm badge, 42 days to get the hard swarm badge and over a year to get the "impossible" swarm badge...yep that seems impossible to me.

There hasn't been any feedback from the developers since the first week of the issue. My question: Is there any work being done into fixing these old saves on Kongregate or will you only work on preventing this issue from occurring in future patches?

Holy crap, that was a pain! OK, as far as I can tell, here's what you NEED to do to get the pet and level it up to 5 for the "easy" badge. 1) Click on Quest, then on the Title tab, complete as many quests as you need to unlock Monster Study 1 and complete it. 2) Click on Global under quests and complete as many quests as needed to unlock the Bestiary, Equipment and Shop tabs. 3) Go to the shop, click on Trap and buy as many nets as you can afford (at most 2 at full gold). 4) Go to Equip and drag your net(s) from Utility Inventory (bottom left) to the 1 available slot in Utility (top right). 5) In Area 1 Level 1, right click on a monster to capture it, wait for the net cooldown timer to complete and repeat.
