i feel like this is the one TD where u're supposed to summon every wave right off the bat, use the massive bubble bonus from early summons to full upgrade burst towers, then sit back and win.

How come the rest of the game runs fine but the second those tanks with the beam weapons start firing my computer strokes out?

on night watch why dsnt the mega tower take a spotlight and show the area around it? u can use it to make the mega tower but loses the sight

Quality base game, as I spent *way* too much time on the original & expansion. I highly dislike the achievement style of game play, however. Some modes are extremely easy and boring (all splitter/decoy/dodge being the best examples), and they are the quickest way to unlock everything. After that, all you have left to do is... get more achievements. I'd prefer a more interesting, challenging, and sensible progression path.

For extra crazyness: it is possible to get master juggler achievement by ever placing only two towers in the whole level

Build up a little maze with the start money, send all waves... build up area dmg tower, and ghost area tower next to each other, and boost them.. beats everything on insane :|

Holy god damn Batman! This game is freakin' unbeatable, even on easy difficulty. Can someone please explain how to fight against the Dodge and Splitter ones?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
upgraded damage tower only sells for 85, the other 2 towers sell for 338 and 255. this doesnt seem right as it is the second most expensive to level up
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
"Because overkill is highly underrated" 17 million damage tower anyone? Ran out of space on the field to increase it even further. Then sold everything and left 1 MegaMega tower with 160k damage still owning everything in one hit. Survival waves beyond 700....

Potential bug? I seem to regularly get splitters that, upon being split, will float like cursed/ghosts straight toward the exit, ignoring the path, and resulting in lives lost that otherwise would not be lost if they stayed on their path.

The problem with this game is, survival mode, the one that really matters and is really the funnest, always crashes. Even on efficiency mode I can't make it past wave 200 without creeps becoming invulnerable and ignoring my towers.

is a good game and the targeting options are awesome if you know how to use it but i just hate the XP system
would be nice to gain the xp after finishing a level based on how many enemies you dfeat and the difficulty setting

Sorry... Still too buggy. Played "over the hill" on easy, then on all dodge. Now, can't play on normal without "visiting the upgrade screen." Last I checked, no need to upgrade to play on normal.

the area burst tower is way too powerful ! you just have to put 2range boosts, 1power boost, and 1 speed boost next to only one area burst and you're done with almost any map ! It sure is expensive, all you've to do is to send all waves together and put those tower to the end of the map so you've time and way enough money to upgrade.

I appreciate the longivity involved within this game, but at the same time it does become VERY repetetive. Only suggestion i would have is more upgrades or something, just to keep me a bit more interested. That aside i enjoy these TD games, thanks for the effort

These games have always been frustrating. Was I surprised to find it any different? Nope. Then I realized the area tower. Suddenly the game is a walk in the park.

Finally a bug free version of BubbleTanks TD ! Much more professional then the first one. The only negative thing is the interface, but that's already been commented in details. Love the music, goes very well with the game ! Good job.

This is my opinion but, this would be a nice thing to have. When you load the screen of the game and then there is a "Option" that says "Bubble Information" - it tells you every enemy that was killed with there picture. Also when your in "Bubble Information" it tells you how much money was collected and all the towers that were bought through out each level. To me that would be something really great! If you like it hit the "+" button so *HeroInteractive* may see this! Thank you for your cooperation to read this!.

MY biggest problem with the game is that there are combinations possible with which you can ace each level within a couple of minutes. I need 2 towers and call in waves early and I can beat any level on any difficulty level. That really, takes any fun and challenge away.

To use Items:
Go to unlock screen and use XP to unlock
Then once playing a screen, click down arrow top right Open Store
Now the Item you unlocked should show and then you click open space (3 options) and then the Item of choice. Then close X.
Once back in game you can click the Item and then somewhere on the board to use it.
The Item effect takes place for a certain time.
Neither the magnitude of the effect nor the duration of time are stated anywhere for any of these so you will have to experiment. I tried the basic damage increase and for the open path tutorial level it increased a basic towers damage from 10 to 50 for about 3 seconds. I have no idea if this changes by level type/difficulty, if this is a set point increase or %. These would be great things to include in say the instructions or hover overs.
Also note that these items then have a recharge time to use. You can (barely) see this by watching the outlines around the item re-appare. Now can use again.
Hope this helps

So...buggy...Although obviously HeroInteractive doesn't really care, as it has a lot of the same issues on Armor and it was released there months ago. And they want me to spend money on this?

The game needs significant work on its balance. I play a lot of TD games and I still cant get past the first level after 5 tries. Pretty damn fail!

Could be a very nice game but i got a lots of Bugs over here. Restart game does sometimes end up in a Borderless Game with my last game in the Background. The Menu hungs some time after clicking on Quit and i Still see the last game and the Last menu but cant get back to the Main Menu... and a lot more of some little interface bugs.

I see a lot of issues people are mentioning, and while I agree with most, (not keeping my game type/difficulty setting when hitting "Next Level" is kinda frustrating), I still think this is a great game. One thing I do want to mention I'm not noticing in the comments is that the area burst tower is way over powered. I got through every "All splitter" map with just one and maybe an augment tower, and most of the regular modes can be beaten with just one or two at a choke point with a sniper tower for back up. I haven't gone through some of the insane ones, and I'm sure that the survival mode is a different story, but it still seems it should be toned down a bit. Overall, 4/5

My Mega Mega tower did cost 2890 credits, makes over 5000 damage but cant kill a single unit? Wow ;) Think this is a bug here...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
is it considered a bug that next level button downgrades difficulty to easy even though you should be on normal or hard?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Feels like more of the same, since BTTD 1.5, which on its own isn't a bad thing, but I wish it was a bit harder, and had a fast-forward button. The towers could use a bit of balancing, too. As other have noted, Area Burst can pretty much get you through the entire game, while some towers just seem useless in comparison.
