Under rating threshold (show) Beating Insane mode on a level should also award the XP for beating it on Hard and Normal. No point in having to play through twice more at an easier setting.

Under rating threshold (show) After finishing a level when clicking "Next Level" please ensure that the Mode is kept for the next level instead of falling back to the Easy Mode again. Would be much easier then selecting the Path, Level Map and Mode all over again after each level. Thanks a lot for the game. Love it.

Under rating threshold (show) I have all of the easy open-path levels unlocked, and when I go to play through them on normal it reverts back to easy mode after the first level. Please make it so that I don't have to keep going back into the menus to select normal each time.

Under rating threshold (show) It's a shame to see a game with so much potential become totally unplayable because of a rather premature release. Why would anyone buy the premium version of this game? That's what you would like, right? I would certainly have done so, but 5 months after the initial release the game still has many flaws and in my opinion that's not worth paying for. I understood Hero Interactive has gone through some hard times recently, so I understand it's pretty hard to keep up. I would however first focus on fixing existing games instead of rushing new ones, because quality always beats quantity. Make sure you keep up your good name and offer your (paying) customers value for their money. A leaving customer hardly ever comes back after being disappointed.... That said I wish you the best and hope you will be able to offer the quality we're used to from Hero Interactive. I know you've got the skills! :-) Kind regards, UpperKEES

Under rating threshold (show) I enjoyed previous games, but now I have an issue. The very same (and lame) strategy works with every level. Build area burst, range boost and anti air all together, then spam all the waves together and before they reach your towers quickly upgrade them to max. Then add damage boost, turn them to supertower and that is it. Rinse and repeat...

Under rating threshold (show) You still have bugs in your game that allow splitter spawn to act like a ghost, and moves over all towers... also a new bug that just lost the game for me where the info box tooltip describing a future wave became stuck on screen, and I was unable to select the towers below it to remove/place new ones! because of that bug, this last half hour was a waste!

Under rating threshold (show) I just unlocked "Merging Towers Cost Reduced", but the cost doesnt get reduced. My usual used towers merged cost about 1k, after unlock it still costs 1k.

Under rating threshold (show) Pretty good strategy for all levels. Start with area burst and put a range modifier next to it. Advance send 7-10 waves and upgrade area burst start to add basic and upgrade it to kill ghost. Advanced send 5-10 more wave and start building fire rate tower and upgrading, build these in a 2by2 so you can then upgrade to mega tower. Once you have all 4 towers and a few upgrades you can advance send the rest of the level.

Under rating threshold (show) Other issues. It's pretty easy to stunlock enemies , often outside of the range of all your properly damaging towers, splitters sometimes just wander through solid walls, no "send all" function, despite it often being the best way to complete the game, Still nothing telling you how effective slow/weaken towers are, no "achieve easier difficulty/achievements". Also, the game lacks some of the "fun" levels the previous ones had. There's just too much missing.

Under rating threshold (show) For anyone curious about how difficult the really high level waves are going to be, here's the info for the wave with the highest health that I've seen (and if you get past here you have incredible patience): Wave 10,190. Slow Boss. Wave Size: 409. Unit Health: 1,643,155,074.

Under rating threshold (show) I was very happy to find a new version of BTTD (2.0, v1.2.1), one of my favorite games ever. The new towers, upgrades, modes, store items and of course the MTs/MMTs offer so much potential! Definitely a game I would like to spend some money on. Makes me think of the good old DTD days, but now even nicer! However, I am rather disappointed by the numerous bugs that remain after the latest fixes and a few very disturbing game balancing flaws: MAYOR BUGS: 1. The first enemy of a wave is never affected by slow/weaken bursts. 2. Slow/weaken bursts do NOT work on ghost enemies at all (while they did in 1.5).

Under rating threshold (show) 3. When certain towers are used in a mega tower (like slow/weaken/stun), the fire rate is displayed as 89999, although the tower seems to fire normally. 4. The displayed ranges for MTs and MMTs get messed up after rebuilding a tower. Both the stats (too large) and the displayed circle (too small) become incorrect. 5. If you have one completed mega tower like this (the 4 M's): 12MM 34MM and you upgrade a tower on square 1 to level 4, the game incorrectly offers the option the upgrade to a mega mega tower. Doing so results in the deletion of both the tower on square 1 plus your mega tower (and your money)! 6. Sometimes enemies become immune to any of your towers and just walk to the exit without taking any damage. Not sure when exactly this happens, but always seems to be the first enemy of a wave.

Under rating threshold (show) 7. Splits from splitter bosses sometimes act like ghosts and fly off the map at random spots (not the exit). You can continue playing and you don't lose a life, but finishing the map becomes impossible after that. The game just stalls after beating the last enemy. 8. The decoy destroyer item hardly ever works (it just does nothing after clicking when the cursor changes to 'USE'). Sometimes it does work, but even then often one decoy remains. 9. Unlocked achievements become locked again after re-achieving it. This goes for miscellaneous achievements like 'Power Shortage' and 'Bubble Hoarder' and also for map modes beaten before like 'Open Split Easy Mode'. It's like the code contains something like bAchievement != bAchievement instead of bAchievement = TRUE. More than 10 of my achievements have become relocked again and now they stay locked, whatever I do.

Under rating threshold (show) There's several bugs with the achievements, for example: I've done more than 1000 damage with a single shot, but not more than 500? I've had 10 and 15 towers stunned by EMPs at once, but not 5? I've killed 500 and 1000 enemies with a single tower, but not 100? I've beat a level with 500 and 2000 bubbles left over, but not 1000? @HeroInteractive: This is probably a bug in the logic of achievement detection, so unless it would cause huge lag or screw up the game in some way, you might want to remove tiered achievement detection. Alternatively, just make it award lower achievements in the tier if you get the upper ones.

I agree with Gedge, too much selection, need to just have stages like all the other defense tower games, it's a pain to have to reset what you want over and over.

Under rating threshold (show) the area burst tower is way too powerful ! you just have to put 2range boosts, 1power boost, and 1 speed boost next to only one area burst and you're done with almost any map ! It sure is expensive, all you've to do is to send all waves together and put those tower to the end of the map so you've time and way enough money to upgrade.

Under rating threshold (show) Survival mode balance is completely broken. Your first mega and/or Mega-mega tower with appropriate damage boosters completely wipes out everything in the first +1000 levels while generating more gold than can be spent. Beyond that point, tower targeting periodically bugs out and enemies just waltz through the maze without taking any damage.

Under rating threshold (show) This game has such potential, but for some reason the developers refuse to fix its flaws. -The next level button puts you on the easy mode automatically -The targeting does not work out how it is supposed to -When adjusting a tower's targeting, if you click on a tower behind the pop-up, that new tower is automatically selected, likely messing up things to come It would be easy enough or a programmer to identify these flaws and correct them; they are not bugs, just simple oversights. But they must not care.

Under rating threshold (show) 10. Using the 'Next Map' feature won't give you an achievement for the next map(s) played. Going back to the menu and manually selecting you map/difficulty does. Too bad, because that's many more clicks. 11. Merging tower costs (for MTs and MMTs) do not get reduced after buying the upgrade (at least the old costs are being displayed). 12. The damage/fire rate/range boosters were already available in the game, so unlocking them was a waste of 30 XP. 13. When both 'reduced ghost towers costs' and 'reduced sell back penalty' have been applied, you get back more bubbles than you paid for a ghost tower! This way you can generate a lot more bubbles to start a map with. GAME BALANCING FLAWS: These are not bugs, but design issues that are probably worse than any of the bugs mentioned above. A. Since 2.0 you get rewarded in bubbles when calling waves early, but the reward is much too high (see B).

Under rating threshold (show) B. The overpowered area burst towers (that even get more range with an upgrade?!!) in combination with the bubble reward makes ever map an easy game, even on insane mode. You just call all waves, quickly build 2 burst towers (one for land and one for air) with a few boosters and you can sit back without doing anything. I have not allowed myself to call any wave early to keep the game interesting, but this also means I can't compete for a highscore. I would reduce the AoE of the burst towers and reduce the bubble reward (by a lot!) to make the game as nice as 1.0 and 1.5 were. I can recommend anyone to play version 1.5, which includes all 1.0 maps as well. C. While the waves of enemies seemed to be balanced from map to map in version 1.5 (just like in DTD), in 2.0 they seem to be the same for many maps. This could use some fine tuning, because now it's becomes a very repetitive exercise. You want to make your players think a about every move they make!

Under rating threshold (show) Dodge creeps counter non-AOE towers... but the Area Burst towers themselves have no counter, and will happily kill all the waves at once, if you upgrade them appropriately. This makes the game fairly shallow, sadly. To fix this, I'd recommend a 'Heavy EMP'; on death, they disable whichever tower killed them, instead of just the nearby towers. That'd be enough to stop you from beating all the waves with one tower, at any rate, and allow for more diverse strategies.

Under rating threshold (show) If you are having serious troubles, try using area burst towers and range/fire rate/damage boosters. The are tremendously powerful. You can make them quick enough to send all splitter/dodge waves in one go and kill everything.

Under rating threshold (show) If you're going for the hard badge, unlock the "all splitters" and "all ghosts". These are super easy modes to get more levels completed. For splitters, just have 4 AOE towers. For ghosts, have 3 Ghost Burst and however many plain ghost towers you feel like. You can send 20 waves at a time with these two modes.

Under rating threshold (show) To use Items: Go to unlock screen and use XP to unlock Then once playing a screen, click down arrow top right Open Store Now the Item you unlocked should show and then you click open space (3 options) and then the Item of choice. Then close X. Once back in game you can click the Item and then somewhere on the board to use it. The Item effect takes place for a certain time. Neither the magnitude of the effect nor the duration of time are stated anywhere for any of these so you will have to experiment. I tried the basic damage increase and for the open path tutorial level it increased a basic towers damage from 10 to 50 for about 3 seconds. I have no idea if this changes by level type/difficulty, if this is a set point increase or %. These would be great things to include in say the instructions or hover overs. Also note that these items then have a recharge time to use. You can (barely) see this by watching the outlines around the item re-appare. Now can use again. Hope this helps

Under rating threshold (show) another annoyance i just noticed: every time you upgrade a tower, it's targeting priority gets reset to "closest to this tower"! also, some "closed path" levels say there are no ghost units but still have them.

Under rating threshold (show) I completely agree with mrsundquist. There are glaring oversights and bugs in this game that make it simply aggravating to play. I'd also point out it makes no sense for the advance wave bonus to keep decreasing if you've cleared every baddie and the wave starts advancing quickly on it's own. The devs really need to make an update and deal with these issues.

Under rating threshold (show) I'd love to love this game but it's just flawed in so many ways I can't. Having to play through a bucket load of levels to get to anything interesting is just annoying. I played till I could unlock unlimited mode because I wanted to see a mega mega tower but now I've done it I feel completely underwhelmed. The tower was so powerful I never got to see any enemies. I eventually just gave up and deleted my towers around level 1100 to end it. What's worse is there's stacks of tower types but only the area and sniper seem to be worth going for. Oh well, better luck next time.
