I'm not a huge fan of the bubble tanks series. It's not that they aren't well made, but they just feel so repetitive. They feel like the same game over and over again. This game is basically a reskinning of bubble tanks, but to me it's a huge improvement and I found it much more enjoyable. I'm actually looking forward to badges on this one. 5/5.

Good, but NEEDS parts from BT series, like custom ships,custom waeponry slots, speed changes with ships, MORE description in shop.

The best way for us to make huge changes to the game like that is to make a sequel so we can get the money to fund it. We need your 5's so sponsors will be interested in funding a sequel!

While this is a good game, it could use some improvement. This is nowhere near as good a game as Bubble Tanks, it lacks the sandbox feel to it, and there is nowhere near as many upgrade/customization options as possible. My favorite thing about Bubble Tanks was the ability to make a tank unlike anyone else. Until there is some updates 3.5/5
Whoa whoa whoa. Is it as good as Bubble Tanks? No way, I agree. But is it still hella way better than a 3.5? Definitely. Cut us some slack, we don't have the money to make the kind of updates you're talking about in a single game. It costs thousands of dollars. Give us your support and a 5, and maybe we'll be able to build up the money and support from our sponsor to develop a Dead Metal 2!
Okay, the Pyro ship is awesome and I'll hear no more sass about it. The weapon Flamethrower does AREA damage, meaning you are damaging multiple enemies at a time. It's one of the most powerful weapons in the game. It also has area burst which essentially insta-kills ALL fighters nearby.

Bad game. you should rework the hitbox, i passed out a lot hit. ennemies are not strong enough, we like terminator, with a big regen. This is way too easy. the start is also too long. how boring are the first 5 level ?

And... circle strafe to the right (2, 3, 4) circle strafe to the left (2, 3, 4)... now switch partners and start from the top.

This may have been mentioned already, but the large circular ships that put out shielding units is kind of cheap sometimes. It will put out the little green shield things within its own shield, making them very difficult to hit since it rarely moves. 5/5'd, though. :D
I agree, we talked about having some kind of notice on what they are. You just have to be sure to hit them when they are spawned. Or... you can use the Sniper and its explosive pierce cannon...

A good idea would to make a bigger arena..and have a multiplayer version of the game....I personally would love that.

erm...IDK, I think it kills a game when you essentially have one upgrade path. There's a reason most games let you buy various different weapons or upgrade in various different ways...cause it's no fun knowing that you're not going to be original in any way no matter what, you're always going to be using the same ships and combinations of weapons as every other person who plays the game. Unless I'm really missing something here, the upgrade system makes me sad...
You can't insta afford every ship. The ones at the bottom you kinda have to choose which one you want, so in a way it is upgrade path like. But I agree, more could be done here.

Pyro seems in need of a slight buff IMO... It doesn't seem to do much damage right now even with the area burst included. Potentially 25% more damage to the flame thrower?

Good game, unfortunately having a trackpad that doesn't work properly when the keyboard is being used makes it more difficult to play.

Just an idea for a BT4, you have a simple shooter type game and a td game, why not make a sort of RTS game? That would be interesting :D 5/5 on the game though :)

plus. you do know Sins of a solar Empire?^^ Because your three factions here sound very, very familiar to the from that game. Vasarri (Vascarri), The Advent (Choosen), and the humans.
Lol, that's exactly what this game is about. Nothing fancy, just blow s**t up. I wish I could have threw more curse words in there, but I think it would have been frowned upon on a site like Kongregate. :)
Lol, we don't have any plans for one right now. I'm not really sure what we can do differently to make it better other than adding multiplayer which is a task we are not ready for. If you have ideas let us know!

I'm a fan of shooters (especially top down shooters) and this is one is not bad at all, but i feel like there is something missing. I cannot exactly put my finger on it but if i had to take a guess, i 'd say it's partly due to the upgrade feature: it is not possible to upgrade parts of the ship (at least i haven't found how) and the base cannon of the first two vessels is quite weak and requires too much precision (me want to blast stuff -- i'll try to unlock the third ship!). Not bad anyway as previously said ; 3/5. Thanks for releasing this game!
We tried to make precision less of a factor by allowing you to fire just a ton of bullets. Really, you are putting out a lot of ammo. Don't forget to aim ahead of ships!
The second ship has a locking system which pretty much throws needing precision out the window. :)
