This old game have been sped up significantly by modern specs. In the past it didnt move this fast, hard to control now.

The movement here and the hit boxes for "eating" an enemy are a bit too loose for my enjoyment. The concept is nice, but the execution is pretty lacking. I think Feeding Frenzy had this nailed down first and still holds it's own comparatively.

I found a "glitch" that helps eat other microbes. Press pause when you are about to eat, gets you better chances to succeed.

The game is at least tolerable until level 11, at which point the fact that eating enemies is near impossible and takes forever really kills the game as you have no somehow navigate a maze of obstacles that your enemies aren't affected by that can easily result in your death.

This game is amazing. I don't know why but the virus was probably the scariest thing I had ever seen in a game back then. The concept of it is actually terrifying to me and I just can't understand why. Even to this day!

Only good ability is speedup it allows you to miss eating whats in your mouth more frequently.

It's not exactly true that splitting is senseless and that you have to wait for an enemy to split if you want to win. With splitting and Ally Explode, you can damage the enemies to make them smaller, or kill them outright, so that's one piece of tactic that works.

This game is beyond bad. It's frustrating and boring. You have to wait for the enemy to split before they can be eaten, eating doesn't work 90% of the time when it should, you have to chase every single enemy around forever, and your abilities are all worthless.

There really needs to be some way to tell health/size besides just the size of the avatar. For one, the different shapes of enemies makes it hard to tell if you're big enough to phage them or not. And it's difficult to tell how close you are to dying from a virus, which would allow for better strategy on if you need to eat this protein or if you can afford to let your opponent eat it and split so you can phage them.

The UI truly sucks, how is a new player supposed to know what the icons do? You don't even show the tooltips when the game is paused and you mouse over the icons.

Tactics: Don't ever split, if you see a virus, lure the opponent and wait until they die from it. Hold as many speed and/or size abilities, then attack the enemy. If an enemy splits, rush into it and finally, near the final stage when you encounter the Virus-Proof microbes, grab as much proteins, wait for the opponent to split, then rush into them and eat them. That might take a couple tries but it definitely works.

THe viruses are some kind of blessing, because they are very helpfull, be cause the enemies "accidentally eat them" and they lose units very fast

To make splitting useful, enemies can self destruct to do damage as well. You'll want a second life, and being big isn't an instant win.

This isn't a very good game when you realize an insane amount of the time is spent waiting for the opponent to split and splitting yourself is literally pointless. Plus they can go off screen...

in the level which first introduced virusus,i was a virus but i could survive long enough b'cause i ate protiens.Then the enemy died by itself.

There should really be an explanation on abilities and how to use them in tutorial. It should mention how you activate abilities, and what each do.

I would've not bearen to get thru the 6th level, let alone all 12 if not for the badge.

there needs to be another reason to divide like maybe a health bar that keeps dropping unless you divide otherwise you can just not divide to win the game makes it way too easy.

it's a good game.
If you get infected with a virus eat particles when you shrink and eat the enemy or enemies when they divide. If they are a bunch of tiny enimies, just eat particles until you get to the maximum microbe size, eat a few enemies, split, and repeat.
