The possibility proposed by imogenheap of a range of sight increase might give a whole new dimension to this game. I'd also subject something like being able to regroup your flock around its leader to avoid obstacles, maybe at the expense of something else like manoeuvrability or as a bird capacity. Other than that i'm really looking forward to the full game! Great music also.

I have a very mixed reaction to this one, even though it's beautiful. The main danger for flocks of birds is unrealistically dense air traffic? The relentless massacre of birds throughout the game really ruins the "atmospheric" part. Also, what do all the words and symbols mean?

Looks like the game was never finished, and the Kickstarter funds were never refunded. Unfortunate. The devs seem to have fallen off the face of the planet as well.

I want to enjoy this game, I really do. It just needs to zoom out. My flock takes up 1/4 of the screen and a plane flying through takes up half the screen. If this was 1/10 scale it might be playable.

If you'll look out the window to your left, you'll see a flock of albatross, surrounded in blue and yellow halos, and molting at an alarming rate.

lol that moment when you have 49950 points and are about to get the Unwavering achievement, then a plane come from behind, right up the middle of your flock, and you can't avoid it at all and lose most of your flock... ><

This game is awesome, nice idea, nice graphics, nice music, nice gameplay ...
A few possible improvements / ideas although :
- Everytime I choose a new order for my flock, it works for the following game, but it isn't saved over time. It is a little bit annoying.
- It would be good to have keyboard shortcuts to change the leader of the flock. The current system (mouse click) isn't good : you don't really see which bird is selected, it is complicated to change when you're in difficult situations. A keyboard shortcut (1=black swan ; 2 = albatross ; 3 = sparrow, etc) that fit with the order you previously customized in the flock menu would be a nice improvement.
- A full screen mode would be interesting to really enjoy the ambiance of the game.

Wow i just got over 600000 points! The secret is to get a black swan as your leader with all adaptions then have swan at the 3rd top of list (behind black swan and albotross)with all adaptions. Then when you have 1 black swan and 14 swans all your swans are invicible so its like flying 1 bird make sure your canada goose has all of its adaptions too!

i wish there was a way to tighten the formation, otherwise you need a black swan leading an all swan pack to keep the back end of the pack alive, or a bigger playing screen.

i tried to go back to menu after dieing and the game froze up showing me the same thing i saw right before i died but wild birds wings are still flapping so i don't know if this is technically frozen or what... please fix

i think that the birds need to move alittle faster and the pecking order needs to be explained alittle more but other than that its a very good game

My biggest problem is the huge white and blue jetliners. They take up 90% of the height of the screen with their wingspan. I lose half of my flock easily when one of them comes directly from the side.

First time I tried 2 - and the planes (presumably your scaled down ones) still seem to big (at least at the start). Seems to be much less room to manouver than the first one. Don't suppose you fancy trying dynamic scale - the more birds you have the smaller things on the screen get and the more screen and space I can see?
Also seems a bit generous with the skill points - after two games I was able to get pretty much everything on these birds to max.

Mmh... This is something interesting: just max the blackswan and set the pecking order with blackswan 1# and swan 2#, then start a game, suicide intentionally, take the blackswan/phoenix and then just fly, only caring for your blackswan. Soon your flock will become full swan, thanks to the Swansong, and they will all be invincible, thanks to blackswan's adaption. Maybe this makes the game too much easy...

WTF!!?? I was playing the 2nd level (WW2) when I came across two blimps creating a wall across the entire screen! There was no way to get through, soooooo... I died.

I went into the WWII bit and there was two massive air balloons in a line across the screen - there was LITERALLY NO WAY past, please fix this!

Suggestion: When you have Max Birds And you cant equip any more to your flock, we should be able to Carry on adding birds to are flock in flight -/+, So LIKE/RATE For Unlimited Bird Flock!

pretty sure birds tend to blow airplane turbine engines, now that would be a cool feature! just to be able to blow p those big green ones that come out of nowhere!

Hey Omegnight! This is a great suggestion. There may be a way of somehow implementing a smart swap based on the Pecking Order. Also, I'm thinking maybe an active-pause aspect where you could do it from pause. Consider it a must-have for the final and thanks for the great feedback!

So this is a demo...does that mean we will have to pay for the complete product or is it simply a prelude until it is finished, sort of like a beta test or something?
The finished flash game will be free and we will be releasing a modestly-priced iOS game for the mobile market. (There are also plans for a free iOS version as well, with a good bit of great content). We launched this demo for a number of reasons: first, we wanted it to coincide with our Kickstarter campaign which is a way to raise funds to further develop the final game. We also wanted to get some early feedback, and start building our fanbase!
