Great game and a good tribute to the old text based adventures. I wanted to play a rogue styled character, then I read the description of the stats and did +2 dex +1 str on all level ups and I was unbeatable... Then I read knightface's post and felt silly :P

Best Honest Instructions!
"Use mouse and keyboard(arrows) to wander around and kill shit."
Go forth and kill shit lol

I really love the references upon victory. It even has references to other games made by you. Once Again thank you for your fine work.

Call me stupid but I had found all of the relics and not once, NOT ONCE, did I think to equip any of them and just mindlessly went around in the game to repetitively defeat monsters for gold or xp. DON'T BE STUPID LIKE ME!!!!! Enjoy this awesome game even more by equiping your relics!

i'm kind of wondering, why can't I see all of the script for things that you hover over, and sometimes when i look at the text, it seems that it got cut-off, any ideas why?

I can see a lot of work went into this from the amount of text alone, but the movement system irritates me a bit. Could it be a bit more intuitive and streamlined between map and arrow keys, maybe? I guess I haven't come across a text-based game that makes use of maps and squares instead of just menus for areas, and it feels clunkier. Enemy encounters are still mostly RNG, and for those rare planned ones you could just say "seek out the Ripgut" in the menu.

Like the experience, the money doesn't always...add up. Developer, how many people worked on this? I see you saying 'I'/'my'. Is this a solo project?

This game is really buggy, after respeccing my stats I'm now able to give out points I don't even haven xD (stopped myself at "Skill Points: -10". Plus a lot of other bugs, but I somehow still like it.

I found a rare foe called a worm... apparently despite the goblins and pookas and wood elfs and wizards and undead owlbears in this forest, worms are not often seen.

Love this game. The art and music are fantastic, the writing is engaging, and the Discworld quotes are a huge plus. You can tell the dev really cared about this one :)

There is a 'unlimited' skill point glitch. When you have skill points to spend, sometimes flash will freeze, you can start clicking away at that [+] for the skill increase. Even if flash comes back, you can still add 'unlimited' skills to any of the 5 areas. You unused skill points will become negative and level up will just take some off that negative number. I took my skills up to 1k each, but I think you can 1-shot the boss under 200 STR.

You act like the DEX cheat is a bad thing! I like to choose whether I want a fair and balanced fight, or to become an unstoppable killing machine. (I chose the latter of course. Still a fun game, and still challenging if you try to balance a lot of DEX with other qualities, once the enemies start giving 50 hp damage when they do hit.)

Odd thing, but I noticed the same monster gives out more and more experience with each level and so do others. It makes it easier to gain levels. Their experience should stay the same to make grinding more difficult.

I think the best part of the game is the nerdy eater eggs in the victory screens. "Curse your sudden and inevitable betrayal!" is my favorite so far.

Oh, this occurs in one of those universes where all the women are somehow blessed with incredible looks. Then again a lot of people here would look way better if we lived in a world like that where junk food, TV and depression didn't exist...

Nice game. Some of the stages between quests are a bit long I think, but that's not that big of a deal. It would be nice to have an ending movie or something like that though. I ended up re-playing the final boss to make sure that I didn't miss anything.

Great game, but some form of pause at the end would be nice, to have time to read it. Now I had 10 seconds to read 200 words and English is not my native language...
