Okay here is the trick to beating the last level. Get every upgrade, and then use group stall options as you use sprint, either right before or right after, and then shiv everybody who tries to take first place.

I just bought a 900 ruble saluting upgrade with only 360 rubles. The party is most generous and not at all corrupt like those evil western komputer programmers.

it'd be nice if after the 4th race the guy you make the deals with says "congratulations comrade, you have raced well, but there is one more challenge, me!" and suddenly it takes you into first person and you race him

OMG, Here's walkthrough for the 4th race:
1. Grab all the stuff from the road.
2. Stab your opponents every time you can.
3. Sprint as often as you can.
4. Donate, when the officials are watching.

I beat da gaem by stabbing everyone else then making they pause and reflect to shiv more guys while the officials are watching... HURRAY

At the end, he wonders what my secret was. I shivved everyone. There are 9 dead people all along the race path. There was no attempt to hide this "secret."

IMPORTANT! You may think that you can save money by buying multiple upgrade levels at a time. This is not the case! e.g. You have a level 1 upgrade. Level 5 costs 700. Level 4 costs 500. After buying the level 4 upgrade, the level 5 will only cost 200. Don't hold back on upgrading!

Shiv someone right in front of the official. "These papers explain everything. Carry on!" Goes on to shiv all of the racers....

hmm, this game is just li a prison break, shivving, biting, kicking, taunting, bribing, distracting, and it even has underground connections, it has it all!

By far, one of the simplest yet best games I've ever played. Pro tip: if the game says the current condition is foggy, STAB EVERYONE. By the time I finished Race #4, pretty well everyone was dead except for me and Josef Stalin about four screens behind me because I but him... and kicked him... and bribed the officials. Really, you can get away with a lot of stuff if you have the stamina.
