Great style and graphics, and an interesting, but difficult control scheme to start off. I'm sure once one gets used to the control it should become easier to work with though.
Add an interesting storyline/backstory to get the interest going and this would be a game to be reckoned with!

So far I've found the gameplay quite enjoyable, and not excessively repetitive. Regardless, the graphics are top notch!

This could be a wicked game. A few suggestions, though: Add a larger variety of enemies and add more powers (preferably a side dash move)

A lovely game, flawed by inconsistent controls. It would be better if jumps, and powerup-lifting jumps were more reliable than they are.

Rather boring, unintuitive controls, no tutorial to tell you what you're doing or why you're collecting this stuff. Flashy presentation does not a good game make.

so much potential.. fun factor just isn't there tho.. limited gameplay and beyond hard/impossible to get used to item jumping system. platformers like this are great fun when the controls come naturally and you can just float around skillfully with the double jumps. Can't give it anything more then a 3/5 for now which is sad considering the quality of the graphics and the design. Seriously rethink the item jumping making it more intuitive and natural and this game will be worth a 5.
