this game is good, 3/5, but i think it would be 4.5/5 if u could choose the size before u shoot and also if there was a power-bar instead of having to drag (hold down the mouse to make the bullet more powerful -instead of having to drag).

This is a surprisingly addictive game. Damned if I know how people finished with double my score though. I thought I'd done pretty well. :)

Finally a physics game that lets you wreak merry hell. Blosics takes carefully stacked blocks, gives you a ball of variable heft and velocity, and lets you have at it - wich is a lot of fun. Some of the levels are a little tricky, but by and large they are a simple affair, which would be good except that there are only ten levels in total, making this a pretty swift proposition (unless, like me, you get stuck on level 8 and need a walkthrough). For all that the game is entertaining, and it has (fairly) realistic physics (though the blocks have a strange tendency to clump together that can be a bit a tad off-putting), the lack of depth in the levels is a serious problem - most trick shots and bounce options are not explored when you really expect they would be, since that's the basis of the game. The graphics also aren't up to much - this feels like a demo more than anything complete. However, it's still very well executed, and a lot of (brief) fun.
