also @Elyki the reason your bdge idea isnt a good idea is because that would there is 6 badges and thats WAY WAY too many. maybe a medium or hard for getting internet, hard/impossible for get 1,000,000+ points and hard/impossible for getting all acheivements.

:D you should A)add more pieces B)add easy and hard modes C)have badges and D)add long and short and perhaps a timer :D also the music is catchy!

I found a bug:
If you drop a piece on top of a trojan and the other part falls out of range of the trojan, but into a match, the trojan will go off, but the matched pieces will not combine. I happened to get the matching piece again for my next drop and dropped it and they all combined, but I'm not sure if they would have done that had it not been a matching piece.

I had a boring evening and re-discovered this from my favourites, and so glad I did!
Such a great, yet underrated game :[

its not about having good or bad luck, you WILL have bad luck. this game is about having the skills to deal with the bad luck.

You know... This game is very addicting. I can not stop playing it. I want to get all three Internets in one. This game is all most like Tectress (I do not think I spelled that right.) The only difference is in this game is that you do not complete an row all you do is get three of the same in one. Also when you get three pieces in one the three pieces transform to an upgraded piece. It is like I am 5 again. Bravo on the game sir. 5/5

pathetic but proud. hopefully the end of my insomnia :P
needs an easy mode for beginners with larger grid i think

@najata the game has been modified to work with kong's API and having badges and the in game achievement screen seems wrong to me lol. and I thought putting in badges would be on my part but I was wrong lol.

@Dr0x: I was thinking "luck can't be THAT big of a factor". And then I realized that it wasn't, due to how the points scale logarithmically. If that doesn't make sense, here's an example: if you have an internet on screen, you'll get an average of ~45,000 points per pair, but if you only have say a CD on screen, it's only ~800. And the lns of our scores are 14.7 (me) and 13.3 (you), which are really close =)
True that, digital upgrade is a puzzle / strategy game with a sprinkle of luck. But if you come up with varying strategies for all possible situations you can be in, luck will only play a very minor part in the outcome of your game.

Seems to me that up being rotate and down being drop is just asking for miss placement when you try to rotate counter clockwise. Maybe I'm the only on who has this issue when playing semi-idly.

@Savok I managed to get over 300,000 not long after posting that comment lol. Seems like luck is a pretty big factor.

@Dr0x: hehe, I just got a score of 2,529,478... but usually my game is over around 200,000 or so; this time I had a bit more luck than usual

nooooooooooo
I had two internets, two LCD monitors, and two hard drives ready for a combo. And then my board was almost full, and I had to place a piece that meant I could not win. And then the next piece had a hard drive >_<

Also, some way to make the response to the down key quite so...quick. I have ruined so many good games by holding down the down key for a fraction of a second too long. Maybe make a timeout on the downkey for a second or two after using it?

Different sized boards would be nice, and badges. Maybe keep the pieces secret until you get to them so there is some kind of surprise. There could be a versus mode against the PC like in Doctor Robotniks Mean Bean Machines (if you've ever played it, if not then check youtube). Apart from that I have no idea.

digital upgrade 2 gameplay i can't think of much diffrence but maybe showing your virus taking over the world as you play would be cool. and as ikachan diffrent sized playing field

This is probably the game where I can see defeat coming the farthest away and yet still play hard, believing I can last longer. I am rarely correct.

So...if terrorist get a simple 3 bit memory, they can create a bug and when those bugs get more buggy, they can create a virus...and then viruses create illegal softwares and they can conquer every computer in the Earth...and they can only be eliminated if they will reach that line over there.IS THAT WHAT YOU'RE TELLING ME?!?
