After so many retries,I got the hard badge.The laser always got me when I was around 340m so you got to keep cool and focus on the jumps. Other than that,this is a fun game to test some timing skills.

2 years ago I played for about 3 hours and didn't get the badge... now I got it on my second try. how is that possible.

Question for developer: Is it true that difficulty above 550 doesn't increase? (so 550 and 850 are equally difficult?)

I just wish the game didn't cheat... This is the mark of a poor developed game...No matter how fast you climb, the laser is never farther than an arbitrary maximum distance...

well i played it for about half an hour, 424m, i seldom spend 30min on playing a simple game like this.
forcing myself to achieve the 350m achievement is so painful--

Geez, I first got 303m, bit disappointed I didn't get the badge, no worries.
Next try I got 326, now I got fairly annoyed, still no badge.
I scroll down only to feel the need for a facepalm, look there, it takes 350..
After another 50-100 tries I made it!
Awesome game, quick, easy, I sometimes though feel like there is nothing I could have done to avoid death at some areas. Where neither sinking or jumping higher would have helped me.

After repeatedly failing to get the hard badge, I decided to just be a rebel and use the spacebar to jump instead of the escape key. Heheheh...

Well, pretty stupid game overall and on top of that the $1 download for iphone is advertised where you normally get a few games. I am clearly disappointed.

update 374....really good game i dont understand why it has 3.61 average rating. its probably coz stupid people cant get over 100 so they gave it poor rating

why does my esc button work like 3 times and then as soon as i get past the laser it stops working? is there a fix for this?

easter egg: jump from your cell and set off the lazer then fall back down and a trollface will replace the esc key + if you did it

What this game really needs is for the blue spikes to slow you, not kill you... atleast you dont get mad dieing a 15m....

Wow.... This game is super fun... I aslo found out this, the game must hate me or hate you, bacuse the hard badge was easy. All i did was the hold esc jump where you jump higher and i did that really fast up till about 470m

Here is some more some explanations:
Yes the laser speeds up over time, so it is in fact usefull to ascend quickly (I know it starts at the bottom of the screen always, but it still has a speed when you do not jump upwards).
Luck based? No way. I can reach 500m in about 1 third of the times I trie.
Bad random situations in which you can't survive? some, but not a lot. You can use speed jumps even at hights like 500m to jump a lot higher. If you really control the jump, And know exactly what the range of the jump is, you can use it. 725 is my record :D altough it took more than 10 hours to achieve it.
