Is it just me, or does it seem like whatever lead you build up at the beginning just disappears? Like somehow it doesn't matter, because the game automatically bring the laser up to just under the edge of the screen?

After over an hour, you have to ask yourself: am i really willing to drive myself clinically insane for a badge that more than likely will never be looked at again, myself included?

After so many retries,I got the hard badge.The laser always got me when I was around 340m so you got to keep cool and focus on the jumps. Other than that,this is a fun game to test some timing skills.

@DavidBordeaux: The whole point of the laser is to always be behind you no matter how far you go or the game would be too easy. But it still gets faster as time goes on meaning if you get high fast enough then it won't fly up the screen so fast, but take a long time and by about 250m it goes so fast you hardly have time to stop.

This may just be the best time waster I've ever played in my life. The simplicity is delightful and the mental agility needed is neither too weak or too intense. A lot of fun with a great, simplistic idea: 5/5

Why can't he escape through the air vent? There's literally instructions drawn on the wall, pointing to the halted, spacious air vent.

If you take your time instead of rushing through the game, you can get higher, but look out for the lazer going upwards...

Just to let everyone know is that the "space button" works just like the "esc button". Also here is a pro tip, if you let your character slide down the wall a bit you can go between spikes that are close. Furthermore, depending on how you use the jump button you can make your character jump higher or shorter.

I swear that laser can teleport. I do 9 flawless super-jump-things and it still manages to catch up to me! Must be there to torture me.

Just a warning: the hard badge took me 2 and a half hours to beat. Make sure that you are prepared to take on the challenge. Hold the esc button to jump higher to avoid the spikes.

before trying to get the hard badge remember this:
getting to 175m is already a challenge, but i have to remind you that you've only got half the requested height, so you'll have to pass another 175 meters with double or triple difficulty, because of more electric walls and a faster chasing laser

when i got 375 after about 5 hours i broke down and started crying this may be the best achievement i have ever got on iongergate
