Oh my god.. when i thought a Grey was bad enough, I had a Void Eater on my hands when in reverse-mitosisized. wow, i need to make a new term xD

The enemy variety is great (The enemies are also very innovative. I've never seen, in any other game, an enemy that can spit out its own babies that stick to you and slow you down, then grow up after you shake then off... and I've played a lot of games.) and the difficulty ramp is perfectly balanced... controls are easy and intuitive, graphics.. well, graphics could use a little work. (But hey, graphics don't make a game, now do they?) Oh, and this game is funny. The humor in the award descriptions is awesome! Now, for ideas for any kind of sequel you make (which you SHOULD!!!): RPG elements, or at least different weapons.... Sick of the pseudo-Buster Sword, anyone? How about a hammer? Or a ranged weapon? Maybe a story mode too, because judging by some of the stuff I've read in-game, this seems to take place in a world where some weird virulent life-form is infesting the planet....

Turret makes the queen look like a joke, but the moment that you notice that won't get you any kill award... the joke's on you.

note to myself: if i ever finish these badges, never ever click on a recommendation again, will only end up in an obsession...

Avoid the Void Eaters. Been playing this thing since before Kongregate. Only possible to kill VE's when they create a black hole line. run at an angle (away from where the line will be) and hit them before or as they are shooting the line. When the create the Gravity Well, run away and let other glooples get sucked in. Note, Grinders are unaffected be gravity wells.

jmeeske: Grinders have to be exposed, either by running them into each other or by making them roll over Meltie acid. 5 hits from there. They lookkinda molten when you can damage them. Horrors, you have to wait until it sends those 4 disks after you, then run in and kill it before they get back. One slash'll work. Void Eaters, you have to wait until they shoot their gravity beam thing then splat them. The beam is stronger than you run though, so you kinda wanna sidestep as far as possible, move diagonally towards them and let them pull you in. Again, one hit's enough.

The reason I used to play this game so much was because of all the simple but effective creativity going on in the game. The full potential of a couple of hostile blobs.

After finally getting all 110 awards of this game, I have to say it was quite a ride. From barely being able to finish a tiny nest at the start to defeating the Razor Queen, from nearly pissing myself from the Horror and Void Hunter, I have to say that this game is a completely amazing one. The enemy variety is more versatile than I have seen in any game that I can think of, the music chosen was perfect, and the descriptions of the pests, awards, and rewards were phenomenal, and were filled with quirky humor.. It saddens me that the author hasn't made any new games, and seems to have moved on with his life. I know that I will still be playing this game for a long time. Thank you innocuousGames. 5/5

I saw a giangantic grey thing rolling across the screen. I thought it was some Super boss Gloople, so I ran in to it hoping to kill it. It was a boulder. I died.

so, you know, I was just chilling in bounty run mode. An oozle here, a biter there, no big deal. And suddenly on come FIVE biters, and of course, before I even had a chance to take a single swing, there you go! TWO Horrors. I didn't stand a damn chance!
God I love this game!!
Great job!

I have been playing this game for 9 years. I was 7 kills away from the impossible badge. Unfortunately, I think I've reached my limit. Perhaps it is fate.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
step 1. kill enemies in a big nest until 9 glooples are left. step 2. don't kill anything. step 3. eventually a queen will appear, possibly a razor queen.

I remember that time years ago when I had to get 1 more achievement to get the impossible badge, and my computer fcked up.
Only recently started going for it again, and god damn the game is still addicting.

i always thought the glooples were harmless.... until they merged into a huge blob... at that time i jut thought... might as well just stop them from merging... and again... they merged into a grey... i realized that they werent as harmless as i thought.... and then when i thought they wouldnt get any tougher and scarier..... the void eater.... who wouldve thought that the most harmless enemy would merge to be the most dangerous and powerful

Lol! i unlocked a reward that i can use two of machines at same time, picked box gun thing and the Saw Drone, the box gun shot my Saw Drone and they both blew up...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I was right next to the side of the map clearing a small nest when a queen spawned next to me, immediately hit my reactive armor, and exploded. I was left without a kill reward to tell me what it was, and very confused.

One of the best games I've played in a long time. Not only is it fun and exciting, it is also very intelligent in the description of the organisms and their role in the nest. These are the characteristics that make great games.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Wait, why is it important when the game was released? It's a good game which came out years ago and which I've replayed several times because it stays fun.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Awesome game. Great depth and replay value. Finally, and game that requires you to increase your skill, not just your powerups!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
If there is a sequel (and there should be) Iwould like some statistics after each run how many gloopies I have killed, what types, what combos etc.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
after 100%-ing this back when I was in high school, I went back to re-play one of my old favorite flash games... I forgot how hard this game is and have no idea how I got some of these achievements!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Lol, that's funny. If you kill an Oozle as it's turning into a gray, you get both the 15 points and the 35 points, but not any combo.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
To kill a void eater, you must A) Convince it to use particle beam, then get up close and splat it before you die. B) Splat it IMMEDIATELY after it's gravity well attack (hard, not recommended)

excellent gameplay ,cool effects despite the graphics, awesome songs, fun and funny and incredible detail in the glooples biology part, thats 5 stars on 5 topics (could give more but theres only five stars)
Btw: Are you a biologist or something like that?
