I really don't like that you can't redo previous levels. This makes the difficulty of the game very unforgiving. You have to get perfect in every level and know exactly what upgrades to get when in order to have a fun time in this game. Because of that I'm giving this game a low score. If that was fixed then the aiming would be forgiven and this game would have a chance to win the week.

i really like the game, but the throwing mechanism really turns me off. its kinda hard to estimate where a throw is going to land.

blessing of hephastus of achilles is the most imba,
achilles spear's weakness is lacking speed/multi of perseus or damage/bulkness of hercules, but the flame upgrade give it ridiculous amount of damage and splash that is way stronger than anything from perseus or hercules

Again either make the aiming easier or make the game more forgiving (in other words, let us replay levels to get more experience).

the lvl where there is only land guys and tons of weak guys and several gordans is impossable, the weaks block the gordans so u cant kill them

Really like the game :P. For part 2 add more heroes or make a jump and run spin off. and there are quite a few badges that can be made.

Would love a aiming arc ala Bowmaster prelude, also there is a horrible hang when you complete the level and the upgrade screen loads

Seriously, if you make a game where you have to have perfect aiming then let people redo the level without having to refresh the damn game. Let them pause the game to return to the menu or to restart the level so people can restart quickly if they miss the first shot or screw up the level.
Damn do you people know nothing about basic game design?

had to play on the other site to use the third hero and was finaly able to win against the end-boss... this was challenging and fun, but i dont like games that force you to visit other sites... so 4/5

beat it, wave 20 was a bitch, with all upgrades I have 500ish hp left and it was all thanks to being kerc, having perfect aim, and having the multi hit skill

another fail game by another dev who didn't bother to test out his game for kinks first. 1/5. boy, is aiming impossible.

Aiming is not that hard if you read the instructions. Still playing Achilles is much easier to aim on the first levels. Heracles can be challenging if you don't upgrade Strength... Harpies can be hard to hit, you just need to aim high like it says on the instructions.

OK so, question.....WHEN to buy bounce with Heracles? I got it as soon as I could, but then I got destroyed by Harpies cause I couldn't throw stuff high enough high enough.

Sorry, but I hate games that don't allow you to replay levels to improve or get more exp. This game has a lot of potential, but some developers don't understand that frustration != fun.

If I leave some xp from a level to sum up to that gained in the next, the former disappears and I only get the xp I earn from the just finished level

PWiddy - If the control system sucks from the very beginning, who wants to suffer through it to find out if it ever gets any better? I agree with everyone else. Not worth wasting my time trying to get it right just so I can eventually do it easier. A game has to be somewhat playable from the beginning in order to be good, not completely impossible to somewhat plausible.

Ok after finishing this game with evey hero here is my thought again.
The aiming stays as it is! :D no but really youre getting the clue pretty fast and at the and i easily hit even those small green basterds with perseus (which is the hardest to aim in my opinion) For all thos aiming sucks not 5/5 voters. Play it with heracles the first time. buy the bounce upgrade no aiming needed no more still youre getting more and more clue about how it works and you will be able to play it with the other 2 heroes without problems. Just a tip. Be sure to also get the first blood xp on every level. Its easy to achieve especialle with heracles. So this game is a 5/5 to me!

I like the game but honestly, it gets beyond repetitive. Not to mention the Harpies destroy this game, with a guide line for your shots, even with upgraded str it makes hitting them a pain in the ass.

Its not hard to aim, its quite easy.
Just imagine pulling a parabola with your mouse like the way it shows in the instructions and then hold the mouse for power. Its simple, really.

Aiming is ok on the ground mobs, needs to be adjusted for flying mobs.
Another welcome addition to the Epic War genre.

It is pretty good, Aiming is a bit difficult, but you should add a guide at least for the first few levels, just to get used to the aiming so you know where it will land etc.

Will start with the positives; A great concept and a pretty fun premise for a game. Sadly, I'm gonna give a + to those complaing about the aim, and then add my own aim complaint. Overall a 3/5 but still a good start to September!!!

Seems like aiming gets better with strength but it's painful in the beginning. You get experience bonuses for the medals but I don't see how to go back and replay them. If you do bad in the first levels but pass them you get penalized

This would be good if I new where I was aiming. Also, you add in a storyline for the heroes that is based on their mythology.

Improve the aiming get rid of the hero restriction and this sure has got a chance to win weekly or even monthly! I personally really like this kind of games.
