I think I'd like it if you could give a city to an ally, because when you and an ally attack someone you both get some of the city's, causing you and your ally not having full profit of the area.

I'll start by saying that it is a really good game, love it.
The thing is the more i'm playing the more it seems to be buggy. half of the orders i give are not done, moving troops, buying some, anything. I don't know if i'll be able to get some help here but anyway I felt like I had to tell it. Thank you

Hey, I have an idea. READ with caution: Defense/cover stystem. in some cities and zones would stay forests/rock camp/abandoned camp with food (gives money by capturing) Rock camp should protect u and your opponent would have less chances of hitting. Forests makes u same that rock camp. Then i said the abandoned camp.

You obviously haven't played the game.
At first I also thought it was pay to win, but turns out nothing of it is true.
The bonussen are really small. And probably won't even affect the game.
This is one of the only games that does that right. They make some money from people that do pay, and players that don't pay can still play equally.

It's true. Microsoft didn't bother to port SL to Linux, and wasn't cooperative enough with the developers of Moonlight (independent port of SL to Linux). As a result, us and other applications built with Silverlight are forced to display messages like that.

So this game has 200 countries, but in real life there are only 194 country.
Wondering which "nations" have been added.
USA, Russia, Brazil, Australia, China and Canada are split into parts - which for all purposes act as separate countries. This was done to improve the gameplay, especially in North America.

its a shame u have to have premium to publish scenarios
because i have a really good WW1 scenario where u cant get through neutral countries because they got militia wallblocking such as switzerland and several routes through gibrlatar and other places

Wow this game is amazing. Developers have been trying for several years to make a great risk like strategy game on this site, and i think you've done it. Good job :)
You will have to ask this from Microsoft - no keyboard in fullscreen is Silverlight's security measure, not our whim. Still, if you use the out of browser app, keyboard will work in full screen. Right click anywhere -> 'Install Afterwind onto this computer'. You will need to create a password for your account (on your profile page) to login.

love it and its not like other games where you get an insane advantage for paying like +10 attack or +100 reinforcements and stuff lets hope it stays this way
We certainly intend to keep it that way. We don't mind people playing the game for free and never purchasing anything - we want them to enjoy the game as well.

What ?!? I have to install an evil microsoft plugin to play and it's not compatible with linux ?
Newt time dev, try to think more platform independent... I play flash games on my browser because it don't care on which OS I run my laptop.
"Evil Microsoft plugin"? A bit too dramatic maybe? Silverlight is a great platform for game developing - without it, this game wouldn't have happened. Certainly not with Flash. It's a shame Linux users got excluded, but we couldn't have anticipated that MS would drop the ball on this.

maybe add a survival mode, where a bunch of ai go to take all your cities and then your capital, give us 10 weeks to perpare then after that the units just keep coming at you-you make less sp then normal mode but it would be fun to play this with your friends.(or some other way to play with people only co-op and not verses)+ if you would like this mode
also every wave you survive past 10 you should get a upgrade-faster troops,stronger troops, more money,more troops,etc.

SUGGESTIONS: add something to make units move faster because having to wait 5 turns to say make a pane cross the pacific is really boring and quite unrealistic since suposedly 1 turn is 1 week and the plane only cross like 100 miles per turn :p maybe an upgrade to speed up your units or add a type of game where you can make your units move 50% faster by removing 50% of their attack for one turn i often find myself in situations where i need to cross an ocean and it takes at least 3 turns to do so. this otption could be enabled/disabled in the game creation menu. also a real ambush possibility would be nice : your unit can't move but any ennemy passing in 25% of their movement radius would be automaticaly attacked this could be a sweet defence from sneak attacks =) . finally make the upgrades less expensive >.< and i don't know how many there currently are but make more upgrades :p

I love the game.. and btw can you make military more movement range.. i mean.. untill i found out untill air transport. it takes to long for em to move.
It may sound simple, but I'm not sure if it's worth it writing AI only for this purpose (training). There are a lot of issues with pathfinding in a free-movement game like AW.

this game is really good exept for the games that tend to drag on for ...... everrrrrr
also i hate how just by landing a bunch of troops in my capital i instant lose since you have no way to take it back . another issue is sometimes it says "troops available : xxx" but you can't actually put them all maybe if the troops you can buy in your city stacked from say 2 previous renforcements it would help a lot principally in the cities where you only get 1 troop every 4 weeks ... its just lame lol
also i personally made a few games and i never had the "YOU MUST PAY !!" problem maybe because i only played in beginer so far ?
To avoid long games (if you're not into them), choose smaller areas, like Europe. Whole world games, obviously, will take a lot of time. Or play casual games, where you only need to make one-two turns per day. A for the lack of stacking of available units, I think it works better the way it is now - otherwise, after 20 turns of not buying any units, you can get a massive army, let's say, from Fiji - which breaks balance and is rather unrealistic.

HEY DEVELOPER, Could you add a feature that lets you sell city and countries to allies? AND PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE, when some one surrnders, DONT LET THEM KEEP THEIR ARMY THERE >.<
Selling cities and countries won't happen, sorry - it's too exploit-friendly. Enter the game game with a bunch of dummy guest accounts (or friends), buy up their countries -> you now have a massive empire and crush everyone.

We must take it! and for some reson if u do that i want when u capture it a big lemur looking att you with freaky music in the backround... and for some reson im thinking of a quoute .. ''Hey im going to watch Rose Princess.. im going to have some candy and im fat alone with glasses in the cinema.. and well you get the picture... soo i gotta borrow yar kids'' idk why im sayin this but eh.. :D

I installed the app in my computer so that i can play full screen and use my keyboard like you said in a previous respond to a comment, but everytime i want to join a game, it says connection lost, reconnect manually.
Could you tell me why that happens and how to prevent that from happening, thanks.

I like this game a lot but the only thing that bugs me is it freezes my browser a lot. Most of the time it happens in the middle of the game. Anyway I was just wondering is it just me or is this a bug?
Silverlight security measure - nothing we can do about it. Keyboard is disabled in full-screen. However, if you use the out-of-browser version (right click anywhere -> 'Install Afterwind onto this computer'), you will be able to type in full-screen. You need to create a password for your account in your profile.
