Good game. Lots of unique maps, most of the players are here to play and not to mess with others. Good upgrade system, have to play the game to get points to buy new in-game features. Would give this game a 4.7/5

If this hasn't been asked before, how does one link the kongregate account with the atwar account? I don't want to start over in atwar, and I wish to somehow link them together. Thanks!

This games amazing in many different ways. It's like a newer, more strategic and exciting version of risk. The interface is great. And I love the addition of features like themed maps. The only complaint I have is possible bugs. I tried attacking a couple cities in the game and it didn't work even though the attack was initiated before I ended my turn. The red shield came up and it locked in on the city, which should mean an attack.

This game is extremely fun and addicting, a problem I have, though, is that there are no weaknesses against specific units except anti aircraft. For example, The stealth Aircraft unit, which I don't have since it takes a lot of SP, rips through EVERYTHING I have, Bombers, destroyers, submarines, infantry, tanks, militia, everything. I guess the only weakness possible is the Anti Aircraft, What I'm saying is, I wish there was a guide that showed units' strong points and weaknesses in combat.

there should be a messaging system like a mail or something to talk to your teammates in those casual games, if there is a system for that I can't find it

-Game tactic:
Think how would you manage your troops against your enemy. Do you want to advance to the objective with your tanks? Do you want to siege it by walling the objective around so that your allies can transport the troops safely (you can line up your infantry which triggers the ability of defense line also as "wall")? Do you also want to wall your city to defend the attack, while you send stealth unit to cap the objective quicky?
- Alliance advantage
Who will be allies with? I would recommend you to be an ally with someone next to you, so that he can support you quickly when the enemy attacks you. Remember, get a promise from your ally that he/she will not attack you, or you'll get backstabbed.

Here is the few tip:
- Know more and practice more of the strategy. If you want tanks and offensive attack, go Relentless attack. If you want extra defense with infantry, go Perfect defense. I personally do nor recommend naval upgrades, and you may purchase other "strategy" at SP store (Blizekreig may be effective for controling your territory, master of stealth is for your stealth unit, Gerrillia warfare is for your secondary defense, so on)

this is al really cool game, the annoying thing though is that you cant sell troops if your not doing so well with economics

this is the best game ever!!! tho i think they should do special things on days ware people who cant afford to chose other maps bc on points should get to choose like once a month could be thank you days ware anyone person can chose a map because the same map get old after a wile if u get one im trying to say

There is a glitch in which your allies can take your cities through bomber I think. It keeps happening to me, and I keep losing in this way.

that moment when you lose a city when the person only have like 20 units and no other units nearby then the next turn they have 63 units there

There seriously needs to be a option to just delete units.
Sending them on suicide missions is kinda hard in roleplay rounds, yeah?

@blunger1516 I fully agree about the restrictions on accessing user content, my biggest problem is that you can even make a map without paying. Why would I pay to make a map that benefits everyone. You don't pay to write a book or compose a song, you can even get paid, so why would you ave to pay to create a map :|

One of the absolute best features of this game is that user created content is supported. However, you are not allowed to access it yourself without subscription, except for a brief period of time when you first start playing. Respectfully, that's total nonsense. This isn't bonus content you've created, this is content that your users have created, it's just not right for you to restrict access to things you didn't even create. I think this game is great, and it deserves a strong userbase, but i'm of the opinion that the bizarre decision to restrict content created by the people who help make your game go can only hurt this game. Personally, if it remains that way you will probably soon lose me as a player. It would be different if it was extra bonus content that you made that you were restricting, but it isn't. I'm okay with paying for more cool stuff, but only if it's cool stuff you actually had a hand in creating, not cool stuff made by other people to try to enrich your game.

I need help, whenever I try to access my personal email and PM on this game, it directs me to the main atwar website, but says i need a password, when really, I just use kongregate account to play the game. I tried the kongregate account, my email as well. It really limits how I can add friends in the game and check my mail. Help Please!!!

i really like this game alhough it would be alot better if you get et up trade routes with allies and stuff like that you know.if that makes sense to you.
