As I stand on my roof, I gaze upon the rushing hordes of men, giants, tanks and attack helicopters. I laugh maniacally while holding down the trigger to my chain-gun, waving it to and fro; reloading in the merest of seconds watching the sky darken from my ever firing missel launcher and simultaneously brighten from my mega death ray laser. Glad i built a giant tesla coil to keep everyone 3 car lengths away. Unfortunately the horde is hell bent for my treasure and continuously drive gas trucks into my barb wire fence. Luckily my army of repairmen dutifully run out to repair it before my belt runs dry. Forty days we survived this seemingly unending nightmare and on day forty-one the horde seemed to have gone away. the desolate wasteland around me is littered with countless wreckage and no doubt the funeral pyre could be seen from space but at least my chimichangas are safe once again.

Just discovered something cool with the Old Glory: If you start firing with your alternate gun then press Z to switch to the Old Glory, it won't have that little pause before it starts firing.

Fire quaker gun only when they are standing up and right before they hit the wall. not when on the ground. Enjoy.
Something about watching the Sparta body parts fly over the building is funny as hell.

I hate the Zombie mode so much. Zero customization, just a pistol and a horde of zombie that burst in around the 1:30 mark and wreck you mercilessly.

Sparta tactic: One fully upgraded quaker gun, a missle launcher with decent damage, a brick wall, and 5 repair men shoot constantly, you will fully reload before they get up

3 things: it would be nice if we could buy "perks" for our gunmen and towers, say a double shot, maybe buy mines, and for towers, Razor Winds, "Aftershock"... Actually that last one brings me to my next thing: Can gunmen shoot enemies who fell due to quakes? Oh, and finally, can we please remove blood when we remove special effects? I am a more peaceful and less gore-loving player, and it takes a lot of energy to really believe they are spurting ketchup.

Sparta achievement tactic: buy a flamethrower. Level up completely. Add a bunch of gunners and repair men. Level 3 or 4 wall... have fun.

@HeavyDuty: Which makes sense, since the badge description specifically states the "normal" difficulty setting. It doesn't say "normal or higher". For anyone who wants to post "how to get badge of day", read the comment with over 10,000 likes.

YellowAfterlife i upgraded the wall and bumped 2 of the quakers to lvl 2 but otherwise followed your plan and it worked great

For those of you who want to get the this is madness achievement, just buy the space laser, upgrade the ammo and radius fully, and then bring death from above on the spartans

It is a little faster with the grenade, focus recharge, a bit of ammo and damage, then spam, it is fun to see then getting blown.

Ok if you wanna be a pro (like me) im gonna tell you my secret in how to beat "This is Sparta" mode in Why God?! difficult, you'll need:
- Granade Launcher maximum damage, reload and ammo
- 3 Quake Box. 1 upgraded at max, second with Fire Rate of 60 and the 3rd only with one upgrade.
- After that you'll have enough money to buy exactly 41 gunnmen and that's all!
P.S you'll have enough money to upgrade the lvl 2 Quake Box but don't do it! you need to have the Quake Boxes with a different rate of fire otherwise when one Quake Box fires the next will do it too and it won't help at all. Rate Plus so everyone can se this and become a pro like me!
