For getting this badge of the day do this: Add a fan and a quake box (Normal or you won't get it) Get the quaker max the walls increase the quaker damage and relad speed some gun men and then spam it like ham.

I used a fully upgraded Missile Turret quake box and fan. Spent the rest of the money on barbed wire an uzi and a handful of gunmen.

For the badge of the day you can max out the weapon which makes earthquakes and buy about 25 gunmen.With the rest of the money you can max out your wall and have some repair men, but they won't do anything.It's better safe than sorry though.

i got through the "this is sparta" thing with a space laser (no upgrades) spending the rest of my money on gunmen and i think i bought a couple of repairmen, i don't know, i also aimed for big groups of enemys

ok, let's go over some not so obvious game mechanics. Upgrading your gunmen doesn't work like most games. going from 1 to 2 shooters doesn't double the amount of shots fired. The game works with a timer, every x seconds a shot is fired if possible. every time you buy another gunman, it decreases this time a little bit. This has the effect of making the first 15 or so upgrades nearly identical to 1st upgrade. Around 20 or so, the upgrades hit a "critical" point and your gunmen become awesome. Upgrades continue to be awesome up to roughly 50 (i might be off). Alot of the other upgrades work with a similar mechanism, so try different things out.

I just had a bug where a enemy vehicle wouldn't die no matter how many grenades I threw at it - and I threw at least a dozen or 2 (wasn't exactly counting, was just spamming and hoping it would finally die). Any body else have something similar?

Tips for those after the hard badge:
- I really suggest everybody to practice a bit on sandbox before to start campaign so you can understand what you are gonna face and how to cope with them.
- Save money for the uzi and a quake box.Then save again for the chainsaw if you can (with every upgrade it's the most awesome weapon, fast auto-reload and always good)
- Improve fireman at least to 20-30 on the first waves; then repair man to 10-15
- Like every 9 days there will be a new enemy.On day 9 the first jeep will appear,and on day 10 uzi and quake boxes won't be enough anymore.
- Walking cyborg are not this big problem.You should focus instead on flying jetpack man and helicopter.
- On day 18 first tank appear...Things gonna be hard,get ready...!
- Skip weapons:1st shotgun,flamethrower,quaker(omg so slow) Towers like:big fan (so useless) flamethrower and tesla (rocket launcher and laser are way better)
- If you stack 3 barrier towers you will have 94%

Apparently the barricade is so tough it can survive 5 'imma firin ma lazah' blasts and comes out unscathed, however 100 knife blows can destroy it easily

Recon: "Sir the enemies are in a large Pile box with only firing areas in the front! What should we do?" Officer: "Hmmm.... STORM THE FRONT WITH EVERY SWORDMAN WE HAVE!
