Under rating threshold (show) I played until lvl 15 on this game before badges. Thank you Greg for reminding me of the one of the worst wall jumping experiences of my life. To the designer- I like the concept, but seriously Mega-man perfected wall jumping, and you messed it up. Thousands of games do wall jumping just fine, N, fancy pants, ect. I do love the stealth yellow though, that's all kinds of cool.

Under rating threshold (show) I like this game, I think as a concept it's very good, It just needs a little fine tuning. And It would be better without the upgrades :p However one thing that really does piss me off, is that it seems nobody has taken the time to tell this guy you can in fact go straight to the top floor in an elevator. All of this needless stress could have been avoided with this simple knowledge!! :/

Under rating threshold (show) Nice game, but the impossibility to change the controls (more especifically to use the arrow keys) makes it a pain in the ass to change colors for left handeds (like me, obv), I DO NOT like to be forced to handle the mouse in a game like that, as any other key would've been more useful, or simply letting me use the arrow keys.

Under rating threshold (show) I played this game further, after my last comment, and found myself rage-quitting from the game. THere is a borderline between challenging (the fun type) and annoying (the hate type). I am sick of wall jumps and the slow buttons. Level 14 took me 13 minutes to complete, since it was nothing but wall jumps and perfect timing. The next levels after that were more perfect wall jumps, which finally made me quit. You worked hard on this, but I am sorry to say that I just find it impossible to play and enjoy. Maybe if you tweaked the controls, made customizable keys. (JKL? What the heck?) and got rid of some wall jumps, many more gamers would come to play it.

Under rating threshold (show) The starting idea was OK, but the controls are horrendous in design and unresponsive, while the stupidly high number of spikes betrays a lack of creativity on the developers' part. Oh, and the timed wall jumps really killed the game, turning it into an exercise in pointless frustration.

Under rating threshold (show) I'm not sure if this game is supposed to be a platformer or a puzzle game, but it fails as both. The first level with something that might reasonably be called a puzzle is level 22 (you have to use portals AND ice blocks without being explicitly told to, which isn't much of a puzzle, but it's about as good as it gets). The controls are awkward, so most of the challenge of the game is dealing with the frustrations of trying to wall jump, and trying to remember in mid-air which button to press to get the color you want. For some reason the boss in level 20 is the same as level 10... I really don't see how this game is supposed to be fun. It feels more like work.

Under rating threshold (show) What kills the game isn't only what people have mentioned: the horribly laid out controls which can't be customized, the delay before using powers, and the wall-jumping not working half the time; It's that the parts of the game which should be the most fun rely on these so heavily and to be timed perfectly. This makes the action part of the game thoroughly unenjoyable. The more puzzle oriented parts of the game are bland and boring due to it telling you exactly how to accomplish them and then repeating the exact same puzzle over and over in different places. Another game ruined for not understanding its own weaknesses and strengths. 2/5

Under rating threshold (show) For the wall jumps, something that helped me was finding out that i could simply hold up the up button (so he jumps automatically after clinging to the wall) so that i would only need to concentrate on pushing the left or right button when wall jumping. With that, i don't have the problem of forgetting to press up with some wall jumps. The mistake i make most often on wall climbing is trying to make him jump on another wall before he got the time to cling to the wall i was at, making him fall to his death. When you are patient enough to be sure he clings to the wall, it goes correctly (though i was pretty often too impatient)

Under rating threshold (show) The controls seem pretty standard, and yet somehow they still manage to be annoying. I think there are just too many of them or something, what with the jkl for colors, r for action, s for abilities, space for invisible. It's hard to remember quickly which one I should be pressing.

Under rating threshold (show) Man, rarely am I so impressed with a game's concept and so disappointed with its implementation. The controls are, as everyone says, hideous, especially the shift jump thing which is just plain awkward to maneuver with. Wall jumping is also awkward. The levels started out great, but eventually just became mindless platform jumping (with a couple exceptions); the game's mechanics fit well with puzzle platforming, but puzzles are rarely used in the later levels. The boss fight was cool, then the same exact thing two more times was not cool. Checkpoint placement in later levels is awful; there should NEVER be additional risk/challenge involved in securing a checkpoint. I was unhappy to see the "ice block recommended" stuff as far in the game as I did; it probably wasn't necessary past level 5 or so. All in all, great ideas, poor execution; 2/5.

Under rating threshold (show) Great concept, horrible execution, primarily in the jumping controls. Nowhere has it been more apparently for me so far than level 28. There's a series of low hanging spikes that you must jump under, and no matter how lightly/quickly I tap jump, it seems to be a toss up as to whether I'll perform a low jump or a life ending high jump. Wall jumps don't help in this section of course. Oh and also there's no checkpoint so if you screw up (you will), it's back to the start of the level. It's a fine line between challenge and poor design. Do try to fall on the right side of it next time.

Under rating threshold (show) Colors should be RYB IMO. Controls are too responsive; long wall jumping requires precise inputs that are hard without mechanical keys. Difficulty skyrockets on level 13. Level 21 has an unavoidable offscreen enemy. The game gets a little repetitive. Amazing presentation. It's fun, though a little masochistic. 4/5

Under rating threshold (show) So disappointing how close to great this game could be. Fun concept and I like the different powers. Yeah, stuff like the wall controls aren't great but I adapted. The unforgivable part is the game running poorly. Going for the hard badge is unpleasant.

Under rating threshold (show) I find this game more annoying then any other i've played! I've played alot worse games but this game should be brilliant, instead it's competely messed up by the awful controls, it's almost as if the gameplays been designed with bad controls in mind but all that does is take away from the enjoyment. 2/5 i've reated worse games higher then they couldn't have improved, this game could have and hasn't been :(

Under rating threshold (show) The control over your character is comparable with trying to text wearing mittens. There was obviously some amount of effort put into this game, so why screw it over with the basics? The length of the levels (and the amount of time it takes to get back to the point where you died in said levels) in addition to the horrible controls makes this game virtually unenjoyable. The *only* reason I am continuing with this game is because I have an unhealthy addiction to obtaining badges. 2/5 for half-assing a game with great potential.

In addition, there isn't any particular reason why JKL should be assigned to those respective colors - they aren't even in the same order as the color wheel on the bottom. (Which I would think would be the obvious way to order them)

Under rating threshold (show) The wall jump conditions are just aggravating for levels like 15 where wall jumping and missing pretty much means you have to completely start over. You have to hit the opposite wall to wall jump and that's kind of annoying, ESPECIALLY if you miss. I have many times missed and then started to fall, hit the opposite wall and tried to rebound back up only to pretty much fall and die. That's not challenging, that's just kinda dumb.

The game itself has a big memory leak somewhere and causes everything to slow down over time to the point of unplayability -- if it's crippling my overly-overpowered computer, then something's wrong.

Under rating threshold (show) Lag has many different causes - internet latency in multiplayer games; defragmenter running in background; overpowered AV program; downloading in background. In this particular game, I strongly suspect some kind of memory leak, since the lag (for me at least) generally gets worse as time goes on. Restarting the browser does eliminate lag, but that doesn’t excuse poor programming. Memory leaks in Flash games are mostly caused by improper disposal of objects. Telling people "Restart your browser" is like telling them that "shut off the car engine off for a while" is the fix for an overheated engine - Ignore the dry radiator and oil that has never been changed. I don't care for driving a car that has to sit by the roadside and cool off every 30 minutes. I would rather drive a beat up Toyota with a good engine than a shiny new Ferrari with a bad radiator. Calling people "Stupid f**ks" just encourages programmers to continue being lazy, instead of finding their mistakes.
