Fun game but the bosses have way too much health. Not a big fan of sitting around performing the same manuver 80 times to kill a boss. Gets tedious and not all that fun.

this game is made great, awsome gameplay and controls. the only complaint i have is that there should be one checkpoint in the middle for some of the longer levels.

the game was okay. I, for some reason, didn't find it very enjoyable after a while. it was fun at first but after a while it was just, bleh. it was too much like an SNES game i have. its a good game but personally i couldn't enjoy it very much. sorry.

Boss Two Tips: 1. attack the shrubs on each side of the screen for health and rage. 2. the best way to defeat this boss is to throw his own spears at him and then rapidly attack while he is stunned. 3. after he is stunned for a while, his boar will do a ground pound. jump just before his feet hit the ground to avoid damage. 4. the biggest hassle is that he seems to take forever to throw spears at you. to get more spears, you have to quickly run away from the boss to dodge his charging attack. for example, if he has run off the left side of the screen, start your character near the bottom left but not too close to the left edge because you don't want him to attack you immediately. as soon as the boss approaches, sprint towards the right side of the screen and then move upwards towards the top. he'll throw a spear at you almost every time you evade his attack this way. it works better than just staying near the center and simply moving up and down to avoid the attacks.

Okay, as soon as I took out the boar boss, I couldn't care less about the rest of the game, because it was a stupid fight in which he has too big of an attack area that does a lot of damage, and you do too little damage, making a fight too drawn out, and it makes me suspect that there will be other fights like that.

1 way to make the 2nd boss quicker is in the bushes on the left and right of the screen have non diminishable supply of red and yellow orbs so you can heal your self and rage while hitting the boss..:) please + if you find this helpful

For those who were as stupid as me and didn't notice how to get hp back on the 2nd boar boss... You just have to hit the little bushses on the sides of the map about 6-8 times and you either get a 40% hp or a rage boost.

you can take the king with jump-attaks, just jump to the side and most of his attacks will miss, this does require pachints as he has a lot of hp

Awesome game, my first are mashed up but I didn't give up. The bosses aren't impossible to bet unlike other games, they remind me of the old nes games. Great job! *waits for sequel*

For those not wanting to watch cinematics, space bar seems to skip nearly anything in this game. (Too bad you don't know those before the intro ;p) Good, but I do have to say the difficulty gets a little extreme, specially in situations with environmental hazards. Bushes, cactus, spinning blades, whatever... they could all use a good toning down. Some of these areas (see the middle of the gnome woods) are just ludicrous, and are requiring attempt after attempt after attempt. Hard is fine, but ludicrous gets old. Leave the crap in, but turn the damage factor down from immobile obstacles, and the knockback too please while you're at it.

You can change the controls by pressing the button right of Larry's health bar. Go to settings and from there you can customize the controls. Rate this up so others can see.

My biggest issue with this is jumping onto almost every platform and having it be covered in either spinning blade traps, brambles, pits of poison, or some other unknown problem. The gameplay is great but if I'm jumping on to a platform I don't want to have nowhere to go because I can't avoid the 18 traps laid out in front of me when I land...

There is a different strategy for boss 3 (zombie): As soon the audience throws fruits at you pick them up and throw it at the zombie. The zombie will eat the fruits and be stunned for a few seconds. Attack him at this time he gets extra damage. Then he will jump and charge at you. Super jump over him and repeat this a few times and he goes down.

Pretty average. Ranged combat (whether through slings/guns or throwing your weapons) seems largely pointless outside of a couple of bosses. If you're going for the hard badge, I'd recommend holding onto the red sword (think you get it somewhere near the start of act 2 from a random fat guy at the level's beginning), as it attacks quickly and powerfully.

When fighting the boar rider it's nice that the bushes give health refills! I was having a heck of a time before I figured that out.

Once you manage to grab(and keep) one of the easter swords (which seems to do 40 damage each, same number when aswitching betwen The Master Sword and buster Sword(?)) the game gets really easy...

@Siccz --- (from badplanman) Boss 2. Takes forever but dodge charge and pick up spear, throw the spear at him while he charges at you at punch him while he's stunned. Jump over ground pound attack afterwards by jumping at the right time.

Just so you know, I got the boar boss down to about half of his life twice, then I died because I kept rolling instead of sprinting. After that I quit, even though It was a badge of the day. I know other comments complained about it being to hard. But I am letting you know that it was the reason I did not finish your game, despite quite enjoying the rest of it.

I don't know if this was a glitch but, when I almost defeated the 3rd boss, which he supposedly had to jump and appear at the middle of the map, he didn't appear, I restarted and he did.

FYI: After about an hour of trying to beat the 2nd boss, I finally figured out that the two small bushes on the left and right of the battlefield contain power-ups....you just have to hit them a few times for it to come out!

This game started out really cool, then got really stupid. Suddenly there's massive clusterf**ks and the only way to live through any of it is rage... 2/5
