What an endearing, fun game! I wouldn't mind if you used even mooore cutscenes, and I liked the hat collections. The plot was goofy. Maybe redoing the sprites and stuff sometime would be cool, but hey, whatever. Final scene was clever.

Great game! Needs more monologuing and a normal case becoming a convoluted plot, and some jazz, definitely more jazz. 5/5

This was a lovely little game, even though it was short. It had a nice dose of humor and the cutscenes added a nice little charm to it. I love how everyone had a hat. This game definitely deserves badges and a 5/5

i like the mix of arts and reality. i like the history game. i like THE GAME. You should make another game but a more bigger and more difficult to go to the boss. Why not make another investigation of the detective ? ;)

Oh, very cute! Short and sweet game, just the sort of thing to wind down with after a long day. I liked how you melded gameplay with live-action and animated cutscenes. Looking forward to similar projects in the future!

It's a very charming game and entertaining. I like how simple the art is, and the cutscenes are entertaining. Although it was short, it was a good way to spend my time. 4/5

Great game! Congratulations for the cutscenes I really liked them, and that detail made the game worth five stars. Great work on the cartoons also.

This must be the most original game I've played in ages! My respect for the cutscenes and the generally awesome idea to take hats so seriously. Love it. 5/5

Bugs that after leaving the speakeasy to talk to alley guy my hat disappeared and I was unable to re-enter. Had to restart game.

Wow, I know he's not, but the main character in the cutscenes looks a LOT like Dylan O'Brian, and his friend like Jake Hurwitz... Kind of gave me a heart attack.

This feels like a programming project for a computer course. If so, I damn sure hope you got an A. :) This was fun.
Nice work! 5/5
