i SERIOUSLY doubt they will make more, as i played this when i was VERY young, and now i'm 20. and i don't know how NEW or OLD this game was back then. but i remembered that i REALLY wanted a SEQUEL!

had to get 1 more sprite, was stuck at the part of picking up the claw. so i selected to pick it up at the enter screen. all sprites reset.

Pretty good for a indie flash horror game from quite a few years ago. I found this game terrifying as a kid and even now as horror movie/game/etc. freak I still find this game unnerving at some parts. Who said 2d overhead games could not be creepy? Although the game does fall victim to annoying voice acting and dialogue (excluding our protagonist and the big demon/monster at the end) I still find this game quite enjoyable for what it is (be gentle this game is several years old and its age does show). 4/5

I hope they're still working on part II - I was really looking forward to seeing where this story went. This game has amazing atmosphere!

i like the girl, but let's face it. just how many tomboys are there in movies, games, tv shows and all the rest these days, huh? still, loved the game. i need to give my jumpy heart a reast now, lol.

Wait, WHAT. I was like wow! I can't wait for the next game. But then i saw the release date of this game.. It has been 5 YEARS since the game was released. Wow... Hope part 2 gets out soon.

"You wouldn't think it from the way she looks and talks, but if you got into a fist fight with her, you would loose."
Loose what?

I really liked how the person moves while pointing the flashlight in different directions, it's not one of those things where the guy's whole body moves, this is really good when is part 2 coming out?

I'm not too worried about these big monsters because if swinging a severed arm is a good way to fight with them, just wait to they see what our real weapons are like. I wonder what they taste like?

I didn't like it, almost entirely because of Anabelle's voice acting. I mean, I'm sure it wasn't her, it was probably the script (which was bad in it of itself) but it still has so much cheese in it you can't breathe anymore due to the smell. The ending was fine on the foreshadowing perspective, but it was pretty illogical and almost seemed rushed (MS Paint "Ned" head). I believe the original ending might have been the giant monster eats you, but they tacked on that he talks to you instead.
Final complaint, NOTHING IS EXPLAINED. Why are you invincible? What was up with the dead guy with the Doctor Octopus arms? What was the giant rock monster? Why didn't Ned eat you? How come the walkie-talkie stopped working in the intro? Why have the tour people never noticed THE CAVE WAS FULL OF FEROCIOUS MAN EATING MONSTERS!?
All in all, 4/10. The graphics were fine, the concept was fine, that's all I have to say.

I wish there was a badge on all the games for just completing them. Once I get the 49 sprites I have no desire to finish the story...

Just in case anyone was dumb like me, there's a sprite behind the generator after the lights go out. I walked around for quite some time looking for it!
Hope this helped someone.

this is great fun. Intriguing to know about this androgynous species and I still can't find those last 5 sprite droppings. Oh well, can't wait for part two, but something tells me it won't be a top-down dungeon crawler.

Wow. Not quite as good as Last Door, but still... Anyway, I hope for a sequel. I'll keep this in mind when I next go spelunking.

Kinda boring, but not really scary. For me, any pretense of horror stopped at the point when the main character said "I need a weapon." The villain's monologue at the end clinched it as not scary. Getting rid of a lot of the dialogue would make it scarier for sure. As would not being able to see the monsters. The shadow-monster that stabs you partway to the elevator wire was great.
