Great game, but i don't understand why Jiggmin didn't made a CotW (Creator of the week, creating items, blocks and bodyparts.)

Hey, I finished Oceania in campaign, and Pick The Cat popped up. What does this mean?? It had a picture of a cat and a dog - I had no idea what to do!?! I clicked the cat and it just took me to the Race Complete panel. What does this mean and what was it for?

if you've played this game for as long as I have you would know that if devious shadows is dead, team nova is dead and if team nova is dead noone is playing traps and if noone is playing traps, it's dead.
