My trick for the third patient was to get a timing going, watch when it gets to the point and then count it. "1.. 2.. 3.. 4.." each number being when what I need lines up with the correct position and then hitting the mouse (or spacebar) as I do. I got it almost spot on. Hope this helps some of you! ^^

Umm... guys? Did you really read the note before 3-rd patient? It says, that your mistake is your death! It means, that you didn't killed a vampire, and so, he kills you! Amen

Never try to kill a vampire when ur so wasted that u cannot hold the stake still and it takes u more than one ax swing to decapitate it.

This game is useful for one thing only; it shows us that Trauma Centre, as frustrating as it was, would have been absolutely no fun on computer. This game is essentially 5 minutes long, but people will spend 30+ minutes because the developer made it so difficult, and made the penalty of death being having to restart the whole game. Its hardly worthwhile, only playing it really for the badge. Also, second level, clear a passage way for what, exactly? Letting the puss drip straight back in? Also, why so harsh on the Goddamn Vampire level?

People, people. If you screw up in ANY WAY with the vampire, he wakes up and kills you. Period. It's not because he, the vampire (the "patient"), dies - rather because he wakes up, find you doing a ritual to kill him, and instead kills you before you kill him. Now stop whining, gawd.

When I played this game for the first time on Armor Games with my old, slow PC game has proper speed. With my new fast PC game is too fast in many moments and especially with vampire u need more of luck than any skills I think. 3/5 because of idea and good music.

It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't so laggy. The mouse-click dection for stake hammering (arrow and vampire) is utter crap.

This is really not that easy to play. Should be a 30 point badge, or at the very least, if you mess up, you go back to the start of the last patient not the start of the game.
