A strategy i found that worked pretty well was to try and stay towards the right corner. After a few attempts I eventually won after jumping over the platforms and sticking to the right.

In case you didn't know, there's a skip button at the top to skip the intro (or at least there is after dying a few times)

Not too hard for a medium badge. Totally worth it for the epic quest.
It's like a real rave, you have to avoid the bad pills....
