This is an interesting game, but it has a fair few flaws. The hit detection is a bit buggy, the later enemies are a bit too tough for the weapon switching system to be useful (basically forcing tedious bow spam and/or pixel-perfect staff spam from just outside their range), and the frying pan is a lot less useful than I think you intended it to be.
That being said, it's a good try and an old game, so I forgive you. Nice to see how much you've improved since then, eh?

i have to agree that negatives for killing the bunnies and such isnt a great idea, i mean we all do that... its funny =]. but on a serious note the movement in this game is horrible...if im walking i cant seem to jump i have to stop jump and and then try to move while im in the air.. this makes it over complicated to move and drains all the fun from the game for me

I have a big problem with a game that takes away my ranged weapon and replaces it with a melee weapon when I have to lower a bridge that requires a ranged weapon to lower. (That, or some ability to jump high enough and hit the rope, which there doesn't seem to be after losing 15+ lives.)

there are a few problems in this game first of all all walls seem passable. i always fall back thinking walls are solid,second theres a unlimtied number of enemies. esciapally the bees, with a bow i ended up holing the right click forevrr and i never was able to move on cause they kept stinging me and some platforms look walkable but arent.

I remember playing this on what used to be Games of Gondor... And have pretty much looked for 'hobbit rampage' every time I visit Armorgames since. 5/5 for the time it was published.

cute game, though sometime I lose a life trying to find out which side to jump. Can't get though lvl 8, tried jumping in all directions... there is a the platform, I can see a bit of it (the brown wooden thingy) but I can't reach it -no way.

the hidden weapon boring as its too slow and by the time you get it, you cannot use it well, but since my keyboard is on the fritz, its hard to fight with it

Great game, but you can tell it is from a little while ago. Lots of fun either way, even the music I was able to put up with through the game. Rock on!
