I just hope that one day there will be "Flagstaff complete" or "Flagstaff: Chapters 1 - 10" or smthng, so I could play my team since the beginning. Maybe it should be more challenging, not to be so easy. Waiting for badges!

Ok, some comments:
1. I give you a 4/5 just because of what the elve queen says in the end. Very funny.
2. The poison skill of the ranger is very powerful. I just moved forward slowly, shot the first enemy and then retreated. Let the poison spread and do the job.
3. If bored, let the mage step in, too, and do a mass confuse. Speeds things up a bit. Combine this with the royal command and the chivalry and the both of them finish off mostly anything without taking much damage.

The series where its fans find it acceptable for the author to release 5 minutes of gameplay at a time as individual games meerly to greedily acquire money from kongregate

King with full speed, power, and health with the fabric softener. He is quite epic and my favorite character. Wouldn't hurt to try to add some new game mechanics to satisfy all the people complaining about it being the same game. I however am apparently a simpleton and still have fun either way :D 5/5 as always, love this series, keep up the great work!

big fan of the series, if there is a second game (cuz these are chapters guys!), it would be cool to see treasure of some sort, don't know if that'd be possible for you. keep up the good work!

Don't mind all the haters. the game is great! there's a little upgrade from each chapter(one new skill every chapter, a couple more new enemies). all of these chapter are one full game, which is why they don't change a whole lot from chapter to chapter. great series, and keep up the good work.

So many comments on how "this game is to much like the last ones". People need to realize that these "Chapters" aren't meant to be whole new games. Think of it as one whole game being released in parts instead of making us wait for it to be complete before we get to play it. OF COURSE each chapter has been more or less the same ideas, do you get upset when other video games don't radically change between each level? The chapters are progressing just like game levels normally do, more and more bad guys, with higher hit-points and who deal more damage, so what's to complain about? "boo hoo this completely free and fun game is to short"? then play the chapters back to back. I've enjoyed each chapter so far, I will admit they're a little bit easy, so the only thing I'd really suggest would be a "Hard Mode" for people to replay for more challenge (maybe if Flagstaff gets released in a "complete" version once all the chapters are done, that'd be a great place to add a hard mode to)

Come on! Bring some story back. I don't want to use the same hash and dash tactics that ive been using for the past three games. When i got the third I thought, "okay, well it could be worse" as i grew tired of pointlessly shooting little minions. But this? This is the worse. Dx

Max rangers poison, range and bow damage. Also get the ability to track people.
Walk forward a few steps with the ranger, shoot arrows at any visible people, walk back out of their sight.
Press end turn a few times while watching the poison kill them. Rinse and repeat.

I love this series!! it's just like an actual D&D campaign... you wait a couple of weeks and then BAM! new adventure, staring your favorite heros!! I appreciate that you haven't tampered too much with the mechanics of the game throughout the chapters (totally save those for flagstaff 2!!).

This is getting real sad. This is almost the exact same game as #'s 1, 2, and 3. It seems that you're putting out repeated versions to get a check from Armor rather than to progress your series. You're just going to waste away your entire series on the same re-hash of a game over and over? You obviously have the programming skills to create something new and unique every time, yet you keep delivering us the same experience. It's really confusing to me that a person of your intelligence and humor (you are very funny in the storylines) wouldn't branch out more. Please, take a look at Blizzard's Diablo series, or BlackIsle/Bethesda's Fallout series, and see how much each game is *upgraded* upon the last. Your games are getting lower and lower reviews every time and I fear what kind of marks your 5th one will get if you put it out. Please make changes because this is getting boring.

Adding a boss was definitely a step in the right direction, but each game seems to be shorter and simpler then before. More enemies on screen at one time was challenging at times, but even with the boss fight, mass confusion and the fighter's shield prevented most of the damage

Having the game auto-select the last character you used when you ended your turn would make scrolling around to attack enemies much less annoying. Also, does anyone actually waste the time watching their characters walk instead of run?

At least they added a boss, unlike last time. The archer owned everyone until the boss room, where all the enemies decided to take out everyone except the priestess and wizard in one turn (because I had them assemble in a corner). Also, it is possible to get far enough from the boss that she won't do anything at all, allowing the poison to do your job :)

i dont know y so many ppl hate this game, it deserves so much more credit than it has. i mean c'mon, 3.34? rlly? it deserves way more than that! i rlly like this game and the dev did follow up on one request, he/she DID make the enemies tougher, and if u didnt just use the ranger, the game WAS much more difficult. i like it. 5/5

In chapter 1, everyone was excited to see what you'd do with the game. By chapter 4, the answer is... not much. Shame. Hope chapter 5 has enemies who don't just mirror your abilities, who don't immediately die, and terrain features to hide behind. And remove archer's sight, makes the game too easy.

While the first chapters reqired 2 chars for a no damage run, the advent of tracking allows for hilarious stunts like "1 char, 2 abilities, take no damage". Which is fine, since the series never had any claims for difficulty anyway. Just enjoy and try to beat the game the most ridiculous way possible ;) For anyone curious, the above can be done by a ranger with tracking and plague arrow or any combination of tracking and ranged damage, really. Move in, poison, move out of visible radius, then wait for plague to kill any nearby enemies off-screen :P

Lol, all these people using just the archer is cool but what I loved is using just the King! I did use the passives from the priest but that's it. KING PUUUNCH!

at first, I loved this series, but only because it had awesome potential. but now... four chapters and still the same thing? still no items, no music, no challenge? forget it.

i love the game but it needs 2 things: a hard mode, and it needs to be longer. ii would rather all these chapters were bundled as one regular sized game.

It's nice to see that the rating on this game is plummeting after how short each of these games are. I'd be more impressed if each one was about 3 times as long. As in the usual length of a game.

yeah, the archer can do everything alone. just up poison, leave everyone in the first room but him. run in, poison, run out. wait. click end turn like 10 times. repeat.

I love how a poisoned healer will pass on the disease. Just infect him and hurt the ones around him. After that, all you need is a bit of patience. MUAHAHAHAHA!!! Keep it down, O'Malley, will you? Sorry. My evil side is coming through every now and then.

Well done like the others of the serie, and with the massive criticeze of 'too easy and unbalance' the developer donĀ“t try to make a game more hard and challange. We can beat the game with only two upgraded characters with no much strategy. The 4 chapters together need less time than some others games to beat. The game have a great potencial, but not well managed. Its my opnion.

I love the storyline although puns get lighter with time. The game however does not seem to have really improved upon the previous episodes. The gameplay is still the same, i still miss a real goal (beside the "madness antidote truth" kinda goal) and the AI is still pretty poor. The cute lego-like art and the storyline sadly do not make up for all that.
