This is the kind of game I like to play on a sunday morning with my coffee. Something relaxing yet fun, with a nostalgic feel to it. ^^
4/5 for a good game with the potential to be great.

I love turn based rpg's. It Reminds me of the good ol' days of final fantasy tactics. This game has a lot of potential. Smooth graphics and gameplay. Nice character design...simple yet oddly addicting for those of us with the dungeon crawler bug. I enjoyed playing. Keep up the good work.

I know, that is only Chapter One, but some misstakes are still bad :D
The gameplay is a little bit too easy... you only have to skill "Smite" to the healer and "Double Skill" to everyone. Than Tank and Healer are one group and hunter/mage the other group... so you can kill every enemy in one turn... too easy. Another misstakes are, that you doesnt need the most of skills in actually game, like Taunt, both AoE, teleport, sleep, and group healing. With Healing+double Skill you can win the hole game :D
But all in all still a realy good game^^

I like the premise of this game, the comedy 'comic' at the start and at certain intervals was a nice touch. The gameplay in general was quite fun and I would have liked to have continued to play for longer.
However, there are a few parts of the game which need improvement:
1. Too few enemy types. One melee, one ranged, one slighty harder melee = boring.
2. Too few skills/useful skills. What's the point of being able to sleep an enemy for one turn?
3. You need to add an ability to move all of the characters at once. Clicking 4 people individually and waiting for them all to move seperately is tedious.
4. Perhaps add some basic random item drops for the party. This will make it more interesting when you can gear your characters up.
I would like to see these changes in the next game. Thanks for creating this and sharing it with us.

Game very much was pleasant interesting, but there is a small offer to developers can to add hardly more skills and more possibilities of fermentation on dungeon and still if chars it would be possible there was to dress in general super well and so as a whole a game on 5/5

Found a bug(I dont know whether it happens only to me) between turns, it you press any directions the keys get stuck and the screen moves towards where you pressed. This was found in other games as well, I guess, and I hate to refresh to stop this annoying bug!

Reminds me of an old NES game I stumbled upon on virtualnes. Have to say I love the gameplay. It's simple, fairly relaxing, and actually makes you think about where to place your units and how to go about attacking. Definitely a good game. It would be much better if you could have been able to create your own party of characters however. Overall a good game that with a few tweaks could turn out to be great. 4/5.

Simplicity is king! The game and graphics are really great because they are just that - clean and simple! As some others have mentioned though, it would be great to have treasures to collect. Another possibility would be to have an optional "gather" button, where all of the characters' movement to a certain point is done automatically. Just one click, and they all go to that point. That way, you keep the emphasis on the fighting instead of the boring moving. It's also great that the characters seem to have humorous, irreverant personalities. Great work! I'm looking forward to number 2!

Bug: When a char is selected and you click once on a tile, so it draws the line the char would walk on, and then you hit SHIFT to switch to another char - the interface gets destroyed. No input possible anymore!

oh and also, you should fix the whole unlimited range with sight thing, tele mage in and spam arrows and holy bolts from the other side of the map ftw

the mage is immortal and can move anywhere i want her to and still shoot a fireball?
remind me why i need the swordie and archer
my mage died, next turn i clicked her corpse and used teleport to my healer, used heal and the health bar didnt come back, but she could still move and attack, i even threw her into a moshpit of skeletons and guards to see if the health bar was just invisible...nope, immortality wins again

So I guess I'm the only one getting nothing but a white screen on Kongregate lately no matter what game I try to load. Figures.

Interesting idea, but it needs work. Add an option to always fast move. Shortcut keys for abilities. More abilities per character. Equipable treasure that changes the appearance of the characters. Characters should automatically walk to destinations that take more than one turn to reach. If the levels get large, a minimap should be provided.

it was fun while it lasted, however it was a bit easy. I usually didn't bother moving anyone except the knight in the earlier levels, and later only moved them to explore faster (most of which i did with the teleport skill). The knight, with double actions can kill anything in 1 turn and the priest with double actions can fully heal the knight every turn.

Fun game indeed :) You can move the characters faster if you click some other char after the 1st fella starts moving (he runs the rest ).
I bet that this will be 5 star game after some additions to skills and stats (and maybe even gear upgrade ability!).

Great concept and all, nice look, amusing dialogue, the only problem I see is that the level ups only allow you to upgrade a single party member each time. It's a bit silly, in my opinion. 3/5

Love the game! The only thing that bugs me atm is the absence of some sort of highlighting when a skill is selected or not. Just so you know you haven't accidentally pressed the wrong one before using it.

the dialogue is so cute! haha really like the gameplay. i kind of wish the enemies could also be speeded up. they move so slowwww
