Decent base, but needs ALOT of work. Balancing issues are abundant, and the game quickly becomes simply a matter of mindlessly clicking the attack button. There is never enough stuff to spend your money on, so you can constantly have everything pretty much fully stocked. The battles are way too repetitive, your options are extremely limited. There is no skill or strategy involved whatsoever...I can hardly call this an RPG.
BUT there is much potential.

Divide weapons into Blunt (Knuckles), Edged (Katana), Piercing (Machine Gun) and Explosive (Bazooka).
Make it that some enemies are stronger against certain weapons, so in the end u will have to use all of them.

It would make a lot of sense to have the health bar of Victor be below the health bar of your ally, so it lines up with the actual location of the character. Same with the opponents.

It's a pity too see such good ideas and good art wasted on game mechanichs more worty of a game on facebook than one on kong... but keep working on it and it might become something truly good!
Anyway for now 3/5... hoping that the sequel will deserve 5/5

great concept, like everyone else, make it somewhat more based on skill in stead of dumbly pressing attack. also i think that lvl 15 is too low, would like to kill even the goomba's with one it (since im in the blind pressing att. mode)

way to repetitive. You think you're done, and then you have to fight the same thing over again. At least make it a little differen't...1/5
