It took me over 3 years to realize that the sound when your cursor hovers over a level is actually really similar to The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time's sound when Navi floats around you.

the sounds were originally from wind waker but were then used in brawl as well for toon link.

It has potential but it's too slow atm. I'm giving up because the characters keep moving about a second after I release the button...

A challenging platformer, where you have to use both hands in a contra-intuitive way.
I've fried poor watergirl, and fizzled out poor fireboy more times than I can count.

Why did they take all the sound effects from Zelda Ocarina of Time? Its a fun game, but that kinda bothers me how they stole sounds from possibly the best video game in history.

in sharkboy and lavagirl it wads the other way around. it was fireboy and watergirl in this one. who was inspired by who? btw nice typo on lvl 1.

3 things.
1 the name: fire boy and water girl = water boy and fire girl = shard boy and lava girl
2: the place: the forest temple? sounds alot like all the link games first dungen
3: the sounds...from the legend of zelda.

somehow i suspect that the person who made this saw the movie "shark boy and lava girl" so its "water boy and fire girl" and he switched them to "water girl and fire boy

A good game but can be really glitchy. Watergirl skids, and the last green gem at the top for some reason is broken for me. I don't think testing went into this.
