I had to get all gems and finish within 30 seconds on level 1 for an A. Looking at the comments, I think I might be the only one who only had 30 seconds :x Everyone else had 35 apparently...

Wait a pixel hunt level to grab a gem -.- platforming ambidexterity requiring and pixel hunting for a tiny point you can leap from and make the gap? Worst game I've seen in ages

This would've been a brilliant puzzle game were it not for the platformer elements I was already sick of in the '90s. Also, I can't seem to get any rank but a B despite simultaneously controlling both characters. It's still a 5/5, though, since it's possible to completely ignore the gems and the timer (if this fact keeps.)

Fireboy can walk through lava, and watergirl can walk... through... water. Hm. And ice slows her down? Human-girl would be more useful.

For those having trouble with the poorly explained A rank instructions in top comments - In the bottom right of the level select snowflake is a mouse-over option to 'Show level numbers'. Mouse over it and look for level 9 (1st diamond shape level you come across, bottom-middle-right of the snowflake). In that level, 1. use fireboy to climb the right side of the level all the way to the top and hit the switch beside the small gray block (which will in turn drop said block down). 2. Push block to where its underneath the gem and use it to jump up and get the gem. 3. Push same block down to the bottom-middle and move it onto the switch. 4. Jump off the block with FB/WG to the doors and be done right in the nick of time. Good luck!

For those who want to restart levels, there is a green button at the bottom. It offers you to quit or restart levels.
