I'm happy to see I'm not the only one that started crying playing this. I will say, for me it touched a particular nerve. I had a kitten that unfortunately had FIP and we saw him go from a playful kitten to an old cat in a matter of months. We put him down, of course. Even though his stay in my life was brief I loved him deeply and miss him greatly and, if I had the ability, I wouldn't trade that time with him for anything. Thank you so much for this game. It really rang especially true with me.

This is the greatest game, I ever played, honestly. Great job ! I almost want to cry. :D I felt the game, it is so meaningful, even it's kind of short. It's too meaningful. Love it !

Wonderful. Simply wonderful. My mind boggles at the amount of work that went into this, giving *every single* book a title of some sort, all the other wonderful details. I do believe that Bob the Spider is the ONLY arachnid I would welcome into my home! Beautiful job. 5/5

really well done, I could have rushed through it and been done in 5mins, but I enjoyed clicking on all the books (bravo for including Stephen King). I would love to see another game like this. 5/5

One of the best games I have ever played. It tells a beautiful story and it gives you a nice feeling when you complete it. Poor Screech.

I have been a gamer my entire life. When thinking of the games that have been my favorites over the years, I tend to think of Zelda, Mario, Metroid, Castlevania, etc. Story-based adventure games have always been particular favorites, for which I've always credited the old-school Sierra and LucasArts adventures such as King's Quest and Monkey Island. But none of those old games, not even my all-time favorite classic Gabriel Knight, has ever moved me the way these silly little flash games have. I actually cried at the end of this, and I'm not the least bit ashamed. I'm just rather struck by the somewhat ironic fact that I can be more deeply affected by a short, free online game than I've ever been by any of the vast-reaching commercial endeavors which have been central to my life as a gamer for decades. It just goes to show that art created solely out of love has infinitely higher potential than anything created with the intention of making money. Keep up the amazing work, Mr. Kyratzes!

A moving and poignant game which will stay with me for a long time. We need more artworks like this, I think. For all those commenters who think they've played this before: the developer released a game with the same interface and art style a few months ago called "The Book of Living Magic"; that's why you're getting deja vu. It's also a wonderful game and well worth playing if you liked this one!

i was really influenced by the feelings this game brought... then i remembered that moment before entering the tent that that person said that cats lie and to never trust them... how he's a pirate... say... where's my wallet?

A very touching game.. The moment I have finished this game, I was almost going to cry. I feel like I have done many mistakes.. I now understand that all I've done was wrong. Nothing good can last forever. We should always try to make the best out of something.

XD "Inside this drawer are several scarves, a pair of handcuffs and a large, vibrating egg. The scarves keep the egg warm while the handcuffs are there in case the egg turns out to contain a dangerous dinosaur."

this actually managed to bring a tear to my eye, as i thought of my own aging cat and how much i miss her when i am at college. this game is an amazing piece of artwork, and should be encouraged.

I really need a freakin hug right about now. =( Very touching little flash. I'll have to cuddle the heck out of my cat before this feeling goes away.

That was beautiful. I have very little else to say on it. I feel... elated. And want to give everyone a hug xxxxxxxxxxx
