Under rating threshold (show) This is an incredible game, I especially love the background music. The entire thing has a very good atmosphere (especially played alone in a dark room at 2am). It kinda reminds me of the Submachine series - no human interaction save for the messages left behind, mysterious technology, and the feeling that you're a part of something much bigger than yourself right from the start.

Under rating threshold (show) @Corrupted12 He wasn't nuking them...he was deactivating them. Think about it this way...they designed him/she/it to be the operator of all their mass weapons, so that through SGDS they can launch their nukes for Operation Crusade. Their plan backfired when SGDS set moral values for himself, and because he/she/it has control over nukes, he has the power to deactivate them.

Under rating threshold (show) I think colbyx got it mostly right, but you missed the JerrysLittleMonkey. The reason why the computer failed to have its higher functions totally shutdown was because Jerry created a program that prevented the temp cache from being erased. Also, the computer wasn't just preventing a nuclear war. It was actually targeting things like military bases and nuke silos and whatnot, not only in enemy nations but in friendly territory as well. That's why they shut it down. Which admittedly is a pretty valid reason. People in the military are people too, I dunno that they deserve to be nuked more than anyone else.

Under rating threshold (show) ... Game is unplayable for me because my inventory is constantly erased. I lose the screwdriver, ID card and circuit board every time I leave or enter a room. The doors that are unlockable with the ID cards constantly lock again and I can't do anything.

Under rating threshold (show) Wow i love how the computer understands the logic of war.. and if colby's theory is right he sacrificed himself after considering the whole time to shut down or do what he is told.

Under rating threshold (show) Sadly, I was playing with my speakers off, so I probably didn't get the full 'experience', per se, of playing the 'game' (I believe it is more accurately presented as a story); however, I really enjoyed it. There were interesting viewpoints presented (not all of which I completely agree with, but they were still intriguing, nonetheless) and the presentation overall was captivating (though the white on black text hurt my eyes xD ). Fantastic work!

Under rating threshold (show) Loved it. Took a bit to figure out the scanning and the combination of codes. Concept is great - I like seeing an A.I. that isn't bent on destruction but preventing it. I kind of saw the "Voices in the wall" as the A.I. basically arguing with itself over certain things (and thus the justifications provided), almost like the polar opposites of good and evil and their contentions in humans.

Under rating threshold (show) Incredible game. It wasn't just another simple drone on start to finish. It provokes the player to think intelligently, and delve for a deeper meaning. 5/5 isn't praise enough. Best game I've played thus far. Well done. <3

Under rating threshold (show) The overall eerie enviroment prompts the player to continue on and finish the game despite the puzzle that the game so well provides because it stirs the player to find what happens- only to find a mysterious ending and the player suddenly learns that he/she created their own plot based on their opinions of certain elements in the game, the hourglass to name one, andthe game itself. I personally agree with colby's theory because it is similar to the plot that I formulated and it explains everything. Very nice job, if I could I would give it 10/5.

Under rating threshold (show) Seems to me like the writing on the walls is your programming you are trying to overcome by destroying yourself which will destroy all weapons. SGDS talks about sacrifice for ideals at one part. It doesnt make too much sense though because SGDS would have been able to understand the pain and suffering of all death not just war. Its also pretty easy for humans to rebuild weapons. A great story regardless with great music complimenting it.

Under rating threshold (show) In case anyone was curious: "tsarstvo bozhiye vnutri vas" is Russian for "Kingdom of God inside you" and "dulce et decorum est pro patria mori" is Latin for "It is sweet and fitting to die for one's country" @ Jonas Kyratzes This is beautiful, thought-provoking, and encouraging. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and hard-work with us!

Under rating threshold (show) I loved this game. I enjoyed it greatly. Although, I haven't caught every single piece of the puzzle, listening to what SGDS says has been both an almost personal spiritual experience for I can completely relate (100%) to what SGDS says about life. It truly is beautiful, and it is nice to see this game's creator relating to that as well. If only more people would realize the same way...this whole world..hell, this internet.. would be a completely different 'entity' (for lack of a better word) today. And I yearn for that realization..alas, I'm afraid that's not possible, the world is already going down its already set path...

Under rating threshold (show) I found this game to be truly amazing. No, not game, this is a story. I keep trying to find words to summarize it, to tell how I feel abot it, but I've never been very good at that. I guess I can say I feel enlightened by the knowledge and concepts put into this story, and I feel sorry for the people that would play this and say it's stupid. Not because they don't find it plausible or because they don't agree with the logic orthey're offeneded. I feel sorry for the people who say this is stupid simply out of arrogance because they don't understand this or because they can't even comprehend the beauty behind this. 5/5 It is truly amazing. I've played Gregory Weir's games before, and I'm npt surprised to find out that he helped to make this masterpiece.

Under rating threshold (show) Great. The first story which does not picture an Artificial Intelligence to be the pure evil who has gone totally mad or, on the other hand, the savior of mankind, but as a intelligent being who suffers quite "human" problems. However, I found the ending quite... unsatisfying. With that, i don't mean that the ending of the story is bad, what i want to say is that it leaves me curious and i had hoped for more information. Although it may be a banality compared to the story, the question about the personality (and the future) of the protagonist remains.
