can someone explain to me this. Why are there gummys that are on rockets,hanggliders,carrying bombs,and carrying huge jilly peppers......+an arm reaches out of the bag to rape you wtf?!

I notice that you're driven to the police department at the end of each run. Does this imply you serve a sentence each time your taken away? How is he not old after going to jail so many times?
Also why are gummy bears permitted to carry bombs in the arena
